  1. Hey there, I think it would be very useful to be able to have the possibility, among the various current filters, to select a filter that only displays servers without mods when scrolling through the various public servers in the game. What do you think?
  2. Good evening. I have thoroughly enjoyed Ethanwdp's "Let Me Speak Mod", which is a coding masterpiece in and of itself. My one problem is that the Mod's Conditional Speech causes your character to curse like a sailor and constantly take the Lord's Name In Vain. I can't have this in my "Project Zomboid", so I made an alternate to the conditional speech in the default. This requires the full "Let Me Speak" Mod to function. To install this Mod, you must go into the Steam Workshop folders and look for: "(STEAM CONSOLE ROOT)\steanapps\workshop\content\108600\503791964\mods\Let Me Speak!\media\lua\client". Copy and paste my "LETMESPEAKCONDITIONS.LUA" over the one in the Mod. There you go! Now, your character will take Spiffo the Raccoon's name in vain and use euphamisms and/or Dixie-friendly words. As a bonus, I also added a few lines to the quote list. If you're okay with swearing but want a more lighthearted narration, this is also the way to go. Only one of the original lines have been cut out of the Mod ("ouchies"). They have only been censored. With this Mod, I hope more people will engage in the "Let Me Speak" Mod and use all the wonderful features it has to offer. The file is in the attachment below. Thank you. -TURTLESHROOM --- DOWNLOAD: letmespeakconditions.lua

  4. Apologies to the couple of people I promised this too a while back, I was unsure how to get it to work together right and be realistic enough to post, so I shelved it. Until now... I made (tried) textures (sprites, whatever...) Here ya Go!! Instructions in the form of a gaggle of recipe images!! Bugs: Towel to dirty water recipe needs to be changed (Just made it this way to finish it for now) You lose the towel when you save the water (can't fix, in vanilla item scripting code) Can dupe bottles of water if you keep clicking the crafting option to filter water (I have no clue how to fix ) Coming: Adding more items and steps to make the filtration feel more realistic. Fixing the dirty water part of the recipes. fix dupe bug? DOWNLOAD: Mirror Download (My Dropbox Link) HOW TO TEST THE FILTERING OUT (If you don't want to loot the items): Install the Optional "GimmeFilterStuff.lua" and press F8+0 (zero) to get all the items you need to construct and filter some water. 5. Now that all zombies / corpses have standard clothing items in their inventories, I find it much more tedious to sift through their pockets. They carry valuable items sometimes, but clicking through a stack of bodies and noticing the odd extra item is difficult. As we rarely need to loot more than 1 or 2 zombies / closets for clothing in an entire game session, I think it would be useful to have a clothing filter for these (and possibly other) containers that can be turned on and off, making it easier to spot items of interest. I don't think this would be unrealistic or against the spirit of the game. If I were looting in real life, I would be able to ignore clothing when searching a body or a wardrobe for useful items.
