  3. Hello Everyone! We are Porcelain Labs from Brisbane, Australia and we are proud to announce that we've just released our first game Snack Attack! The game was developed in part with hiQu Dental, a dental clinic from Townsville, Australia, for their website as a short, but enjoyable dental related game about squashing nasty snacks like chocolate and soda that try to take your teeth away. We managed to get the go ahead to port the game for mobile devices and so here we are! Player's have five rounds to squash as many snacks and collect as many coins as they can within the time limit so they can get the biggest score! Players can also purchase perks in between rounds using the coins they collected so that they can get a leg up when things get tough. The game also comes with a fantastic cute cartoon art aesthetic and an endless mode to the game for the hardcore players who love their snack squashing mayhem and want to show their friends how long they can last! Snack Attack is a free to play title for both Android and iOS devices or you can purchase the premium version of the game if you'd like to support the developers We would love it if you could check out the game and leave a rating or a comment! Let us know what you think of it. We also have a trailer for the game that you can check out as well Android link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.PorcelainLabs.SnackAttackLite&hl=en iOS link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/snack-attack-free/id1003597853?mt=8 Trailer link:
  4. Heroes of Shadow Guard is a title being developed by the new indy studio Iron 27 for mobile platforms. Players in Heroes of Shadow Guard control a completely customizable dungeon-style “Labyrinth.” You strategically design the exact layout of the multi-floor interior, select all the defending guards - including your powerful Chest Guard, lay traps, and even place idols for buffing your defenders. Want to change the aesthetics as well? Unlock numerous wall and floor colors to make your labyrinth even more unique. From a defensive standpoint, your goal is simple: create an impassable maze that other players have to try and overcome in the name of loot and pendants. Satisfied with your defenses? Time to take on enemy labyrinths. You are given a variety of strategic options involved in preparing for the attack: select the right Heroes for your Raiding party and choose the most optimal combination of abilities and items to take to the fight. To be clear, there's more than enough fighting going on once you're in; true to older Sega titles like Shining in the Darkness, your first-person crawl through the Labyrinth leads to random encounters with guards in turn-based combat. At the start of the game, you are assigned to a Faction that can be changed by invitation or request. Your faction shares the same geographical area with each member maintaining their individual lot. It is from the ‘Faction Territory View’ that you run your operation: managing your own Labyrinth, selecting which opposing Faction's Labyrinth to Raid, orchestrating your mining efforts, interacting with other Faction members, and much more. RPG elements are present throughout Heroes of Shadow Guard. Unlike many of its contemporaries, you don't simply press a few buttons for instant, unimmersive gratification; rather, you enter your village in First-Person and look about in a panoramic viewing perspective to select which building you want to enter. For example, for equipment you would visit the Blacksmith, for potions the Herbalist, and to rest and regain health, the Inn. Social interaction is not lost on Heroes of Shadow Guard, either. Players can communicate with their Faction members in Faction Chat, or with the whole community in Global Chat. Facebook joins the interface with custom hero pictures and a streamlined friend invitation system to join the action in Shadow Guard; you can also share items you acquire with the push of a button. Heroes of Shadow Guard is targeting a December to January release. You can get more information about the title on our SlideDB page; you can also like our Facebook and follow our Twitter for updates.
  5. Hello Everyone! We are Rich Tomato, a team of five recently graduated game designers from Brisbane, Australia and we are here to announce that we just released our first game BioGloom on the Google Play store! BioGloom is a 2-D survival adventure game similar to other titles such as Osmos, Flow and Ecco the Dolphin. You play as Lumen, an alien angler fish struggling for survival in the depths of Earth's oceans. The game primarily revolves around the player changing their light colour to eat different coloured smaller fish whilst avoiding larger predators and hazards through four unique environments. BioGloom was created as Rich Tomato's final project for their game design course at Qantm College in Brisbane. The game went on to win Best Game and Best in Show at the SAE Qantm Grad Show on January 30th. Please feel free to download the game and give it a try at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.RichTomato.BioGloom&hl=en. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated and we look forward to bigger and brighter projects in the future! Follow BioGloom on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/biogloom
  6. Hello all! We have just started our Kickstarter campaign. All details about us can be found there. We would be happy to receive any support from you, any backers, sharers or feedback please! Currently we have great success on Windows Phone. Over the last two months we have had over 800k downloads and a 4.7 rating from over 10k people, reaching the top ranks. Since we only developed and released the core gameplay for Dark Lands so far, we now need your support to improve the game and make it for other platforms too. Thank you very much in advance. We appreciate your support! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1859462116/dark-lands Best regards, Vladislav Spevak
  7. Hello, When I settle down somewhere and build myself a shelter. I usually clear the sorrounding area for zombies. And I get the impression that I never meet any more zombies at that location. What I would like to see in this game is random mobile zombie herds. - A pack of somewhere between 10 and 200 zombies - Entering at the edge of the map. - Perhaps every 3-7 days - Slowly walking across the map and exiting at the other side. - Or perhaps stopping at a random spot in town. This is an idea I got from the series, "The Walking Dead", where they have similar herds in different sizes that move over large distances. This would mean that no matter where you build your shelter, you could never feel completely safe. And no matter how many times you had visited an area, you could never be 100% sure there were no zombies there. Please let me know if this idea has been posted before. Or if its already something similar in the game that I havent noticed yet. And let me know what you guys think about it!
  8. Greetings to the community! My name is Richard and with me is Joyce. We are the founders of WIGU studios. WIGU stands for 'When I Grow Up' and we are here to explore what you want to be when you grow up, or what you wanted to be when you were growing up. We've recently started development on our first game "Doctor Life - Be a Doctor!" and we thought we'd share our progress as well as invite the community to participate in our development process. If I were to describe the game in three words, it would be: "Diagnose. Treat. Build!" And if I were to describe the game with a video, it would be: We will be releasing on iOS (paid and lite), followed by Android if response is good. We would love for you to be involved in our game, so please feel free to share any feedback you may have. You can also check us out on our website for past news. We are running some mini-challenges on Facebook where the winners will have a patient character named after them, insert an easter egg into the game, and for our grand prize, we will be modelling a VIP character after the winner's good looks! Do come participate and be part of the game! -The WIGU team-
