  1. 1. Build small wooden fence on an intermediate ledge (z=1) 2. Attach fabric rope to fence (it works as expected, allowing character to climb down from the ledge to the ground and back up) 3. Build small wooden fence on the level above that one (roof) and attach a fabric rope to it so leads down to the same tile that the previous fence (and rope attachment) is on. 4. Character can climb up the first rope (from level 0 to 1) but gets stuck in a loop trying to climb the second rope (from level 1 to 2) Pressing "S" a few times eventually breaks the character out of the climbing loop (otherwise it will just stay there for hours, pretending to climb but never moving up). The first rope still works fine (both up and down). A separate rope to the roof (placed 2 tiles away) also works fine. If I completely remove the rope leading to the ground, then the bugged rope (leading from level 1 to the roof) starts working correctly. This was tested at the Echo Creek service station. I used a separate wooden staircase (not shown in picture, not near the ropes) to reach the roof. The issue is not related to weight or moodles. P.S. - Sorry for the blurry text; it's caused by this forum recompressing JPEGs instead of using the actual file I uploaded (where the text isn't blurry). For some reason it'll accept multi-MB PNGs but insists on recompressing a 150 kB JPEG...
  2. It's unrealistic (and kind of insane) how much you need to invest (in both time and materials) just to be able to climb onto a ledge that seems well within reach of your character's arms (i.e., you have to build a full set of stairs!). On top of that, disassembling the stairs causes half (sometimes all) the materials to simply evaporate. Players should logically be able to climb onto crates (or other flat surfaces of intermediate height) and make a "crate staircase" (i.e. 1 crate, then 2, then 3). But, even more logically, the game should have ladders (i.e., a portable, single-tile way to connect two levels or access any items that are half way up an exterior wall - like neon signs, satellite dishes, etc.). Player-made wooden ladders could be limited to a single level, while industrial ladders would be able to reach 2 or 3 levels up. In fact, some buildings already have ladders built into their walls, they're just non-functional (which makes you wonder why they're there - just to confuse and frustrate players?).
  3. So, to be hones, It's not like i have survived for weeks or so but I've had my share of levelled skills. mostly weapons and cooking/crafting skills but I never managed to level one of the agility skills. what would one have to do to level the agility skills? (Sprinting, Nimble, Lightfooted, Sneaking) and for how long would I need to do that? PLUS: Is there a way to increase levelling for other skills than cooking, crafting and farming?
