  1. Hello again, everyone! It’s now my second time writing a suggestion. I have got some feedback on my last post, and I’m really happy about it! Hope to get some kind of feedback here too Anyways, I want to talk about hairstyles in game. Except clothes, it’s the only way to customize your character and I think the more hairstyles we will have than better. In my opinion Project Zomboid is missing on some really good hairstyles. I will also pin images of things I’m talking about. 1) First one in “French Braid” or “Two braids” hairstyles. Like, why do we have a ponytail, but no French Braid? It’s very comforting, very simple and yet looks elegant and good. I think it just should be in game at some point. Would absolutely love to see it. 2) Hair with bangs. Just something I personally really need in game. I think it would look very good and suitable for the PZ world. 3) Clipped hair. It’s just weird that it’s a whole state and NO one using hair clips. It’s unrealistic, and also these kind of hairstyles are very simple to do and comfortable to wear. I’m waiting for something like this since the fest version of game, where you could make a female character. My absolute favorite. 4) Just at least one/two more versions of very long hair. The “Very long” one we already have in game is cute and stuff, but it’s getting really boring to have only one option for very long hair. So that’s what I wanted to suggest, big thanks to the PZ team for giving this opportunity to suggest stuff and thank you for reading ❤️

    Hairstyle Mod

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=928393336 Combs change hairstyles. Razors change beards or shave your head. Dye packs can be found in bathrooms. There are currently blue, red, orange, yellow, black, and green dyes. To go back to your original hair color, shave your head with a razor then change your hairstyle with a comb.
  5. New mod to change out hairstyles and beards in-game. If I ever update it, the update will include hair dye. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=928393336
  6. Hello again PZ community, This time I am trying something new. I am looking to make my blonde hair in-game actually look blonde instead of... well, not. I'm sorry but THAT is not blonde and nowhere even close to blonde! My hair looks kind of like yellow/gold in real life and it saddens me that I can't have that in-game despite it saying there is blonde.. I have modified all three of these files in media/textures: -F_Hair.png -F_Hair_Blonde.png -F_Hair_BlondeDark.png I made them all bright and blonde as they naturally should be, but I don't think it made any difference at all in-game. I increased the lightness, vibrance, saturation and pushed it to true blonde colors. I don't believe modifying these files is making any difference. Please can anyone tell me how to change the default blonde hair color?
  7. Here's another tiny mod I made while experimenting with the code for fun. It adds some new hair colors to character creation screen. They may not be too realistic or anything but who said you can't go crazy in a zombie apocalypse Enjoy. Download: http://pz-mods.net/gameplay/SVGHair/ Keep in mind, zombies will get random hair color so if you don't like green haired zombies you can go into the .lua file and remove the colors you don't like or you can apply a mutator that comes with the mod that will remove some of the more crazy colors. Required Version: Project Zomboid Early Access Build 31.13 EDIT: All of my smaller mods can be found in this thread, leave feedback there.

    ModelsForZomboid

Hey!! Since Jab is awesome and wrote a bunch of awesome code, editing some of PZ's models is now possible! I started fiddling with them and decided I'll share the results! Foreword: Have you ever felt like "it's 8 months later and I don't even have a decent beard and just this slick hair/bald spot". Well those days are over and you too can have a manly beard and a girly hair! (I've long hear irl so don't take offense ;P) Download here. Extract to your ProjectZomboid/media/models and start playing. Back up the old files before overwriting. The overwritten hair is "messy" and the beard is "full" (Now actually a full beard!). NOTE: the models won't show in the character creation menu, only in game. Also known: the hair will clip into the body when running. I'll try to fix it later if possible. I'll post more models here if I get the urge to start fiddling. Happy Sundoid!
  9. The version with sides is less noticable but the same concept. I wanted to upload it to mediafire but it doesnt work right now. I edited the short hair model using Jab's awesome Blender import + export tools: http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/12864-blender-3d-model-import-export-scripts-wip/ http://www.filedropper.com/pzfauxhawks
  10. Hi there i hope this is not a Sugestion which allready happened. But i just wanted to ask if it would be Possible to add more kind of Skin Colours. I know i know im so racist. But i mean wouldn't it be cool to be able to Customize your char a tiny bit more. I think personally the Light tone looks kinda Asian, and the Dark Tone looks kinda Southern American. Not really Black. (I wanna have a Michonne ing :s) So what do you guys think ? I mean of course it's not that Important, but it would give the Multiplayer a cool touch and for everyone who likes to put some Effort in his Char or give him a Backstory that would be grand. I hope this wasn't posted before if so im sorry Take care and thank you for reading
