  1. Recently I rented a server, uploaded a savegame on to it and there was no bigger problem. But now there is no accounts with Admin rights on the Server (I also dont have a server console), so I wanted to know if it is possible to change it somewhere in the files and how.
  2. Updated to 34.28 Sorry for taking so long guys, I switched jobs and I spend most of my free time trying to figure out this being a father thing lol. My son is only 8 months old and I spend all of my free time with him. He and his mother went on "vacation" to visit family out of town so I finally got time to complete the mod. Sorry, and I hope everyone hasn't lost interest. When you choose one of the custom hairstyles at the character creation menu the character preview will show the player bald. Don't freak out, that is completely normal and as of right now there is no way to change it. There are 2 different versions, both included in the download. One is for players that use Jab's ModelLoader and the other is for players that don't. Either way the install instructions are included. Have fun!!! Download Alternate Download If you enjoy this content feel free to Donate. FYI, the mod is still currently beta, though it works perfectly fine. It's only beta because I'm not finished adding hairstyles for men and I haven't even started adding beards or hairstyles for the women. I have actually created my own tools to make it easier, once production is finished I will release the tools also, that way everyone can add their own hairstyles to the game easily. ALSO...Do not add my mod to any modpacks.
  3. Hey all, I was just wondering if theres any hope of a Mac compatible Map Editor? Im very interested in making new maps for the area where I live but the only issue im running across is that the PZ Map Editor is a windows only program. If PZ is a Mac compatible game, it should only make sense that the Editor should be Mac compatible as well.
  4. I'm hosting a small whitelisted PZ Server for just me and some friends. While so far it's been a huge amount of fun with few issues, the occasional, multiplayer-specific issue has made me wish I could modify the data for my users' characters. For example one user was mobbed and infected due to latency making his client unresponsive. After some digging I notice that the character data seems to be stored client-side in <USER_FOLDER>/Zomboid/Sandbox/<IP>_<USERNAME>/map_p.bin, and not on the server itself. Having looked at the file in a hex editor it seems fairly easy to modify existing data. Changing the name or body parts is pretty trivial, but the problem I've run into is figure out which bit to flip or values to modify to be able to remove an infection. I was wondering if any documentation exists for where that might be stored, or if someone with more coding experience than me might be able to figure it out and share the info? Just to clarify, my goal here is correcting issues for my users that occurred as a result of Multiplayer bugs or limitations. I am very much against changing a save to undo something that was a user's own fault - if your stupidity kills you them then that's how it should be, but when an issue with the server is responsible for them losing items or a character then It's my responsibility to try and fix it. Ultimately tools for that should be included for admins (and I know that build 25 is adding some fun admin stuff soon) but right now I'm just looking for a quick fix.
