Version: [42,rev.25072] Mode: [Singleplayer] Server settings: [N/A] Mods: [None] Save: [New Save] Reproduction steps: If you transfer soda in Hydration pack, and drink a quater from it once, thirst won't appear again. After 3 in game hours and only quater of soda drinked from Hydration pack, and i am not thirsty even with high thirst trait. (relog can solve this problem) Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Obtain hydration pack and soda. 2. Take hydration pack in your hand and select it as target in liquid transfer option. 3. Transfer 1 litre from soda. 4. Drink 1/4 of soda from hydration pack 5. Thirst moodle is not appearing even after long time.
  2. I was playing the b42 beta and came across a strange issue. What happened was that I had gotten scratched by a zombie and the wound was infected. i was lucky because I found a dead body with two bottles of rum sitting next to the body on the ground so I went to disenfect my wounds. I was able to disenfect twice (once per bottle) only using a little amount per bottle. I tried to disinfect another wound but the option didn't appear. I now have two bottles of rum with a slight amount missing. Other than drinking them or transferring the contents of the bottles, I have no use for them now.
  3. when you put a dead chicken in a barbeque and butcher it, you get the food and the chicken stays in the barbeque. haven't tried with other types of storage.

Load save (created at B42 release). 4. Equip screwdriver in hand or place in main inventory. 5. Right click on item that can be dismantled. 6. Dismantle option is available and task can be executed. 7. Set the same screwdriver to "favourite". 8.   5. I am attempting to play b42 on keyboard and mouse from a steam deck. When I go to the controller menu and disable steam deck controls, after hitting apply nothing changes and after a game restart it is re enabled

  9. There is a change for cleaning rags that requires the crafting menu. While I am fine with the crafting recipe and how it requires water, I can no longer just wash rags at a water source and have to use water within my inventory. This is not a huge issue, but it caused me to have to drop my rags as I had no container for the water. I marked this issue with a bug as it is still possible to wash other things at the sinks/water sources but rags are a special case now.
  10. Found out that you can put an animal like a deer in your vehicle's trunk, and select butcher over and over to collect infinite meat and bones. The animal corpse will spawn a skeleton under the vehicle every time you butcher, but the animal corpse will stay in the trunk.

Also right-clicked on the tile and checked there is a "Rest" option in the context menu but is not responsible when clicking. Tested item - Tile report location_community_medical_01_61 Reproduction steps Go to coordinates x: 812, y: 11844, z: 0 Press E on the mentioned tile/chair Check the character jumps through the chair instead of sitting Right-click on the chair and click on "Rest" Check no action is taken

Spawn in Muldraugh and go to the Mass-Genfac Co. building. 3. Find a 'Large Knife'. 4. Go to the windows on the second floor, stand at a decent distance and attack while aiming at the wi ndows. 5. Windows may or may not break. Window facing the Saloon broke each 3 tests. Other windows in the building may or may not break. No Mods Singleplayer New save When walking into the outer wall in the muldraugh police station basement, it teleports you directly 1 floor above where you touched the basement wall. not sure if this is only at the Muldraugh station or if it is every basement everywhere. ======to recreate simply walk into the outer wall in the basement at Muldraugh Police Station. Version: [B42] Mode: [Singleplayer] Server settings: [Host] Mods: [None] Save: [New Save] On the first floor of the houses, when it's daylight, you can see inside because of the sunlight coming through the windows. The same thing doesn't happen on the second floor, even with all the windows open, it's like walking around with your eyes closed. Well, I think this is a bug because it doesn't make sense. Attached are the 2 prints I took at the same time, in the same house, one on the second floor, the other on the first floor.

Version: [42.xx] Mode: [Singleplayer] Server settings: [N/A] Mods: [None] Save: [New Save] Reproduction steps: Cashboxes fit 300 dollars... as long as it's loose. if you turn them into money bundles, the box no-longer accepts it as a valid item and doesn't let you put the bundle in it. in theory, you would've been able to fit three bundles in it. ... also, isn't 3.0 too small? i'm pretty sure i could (have) fit far more than 300 one-dollar cells in my old cashbox. at LEAST a thousand (although it never got that far...)
  18. Water and food is broken. I dont think you are meant to survive more then 8 days with a single 2000ml soda bottle. I am using a 2000ml soda bottle (with original drinks, no water added or something) I am tranferring 50ml to a single red cup and drinking that. I have high thirst and I have used 1 2000 soda to drink 40 times this way. It lasts WAY WAY to long. Also when I drink it, it restores all hunger. I dont think this is intended. Surviving off 50ml soda is a bug (I think) I was almost starving, I ate a sausage with 26 hunger or something, It did nothing. I drank my 50ml cup, and the food and water moodle went away. But it is fun hahaha. I do love the liquid transfer option :)

  20. Cannot exit vehicle after selecting the butcher option on a animal corpse. I am using a dead swamp baby rabbit (kitten) and a kitchen knife pressing E will not let you leave the vehicle, nor the door option in V Opening the map resets this state

As soon as the broadcast has stopped giving EXP ended save/ quit to desktop Re-run Zomboid and load into save The same life and living broadcast will repeat itself despite having already been shown I have been able to replicate this bug on both new and old (b42) saves. It appears that by restarting the game the game loses track of if the show as already played. The show can be replayed at any point in-between show times. Once a new show time has happened, only that show is played. Due to this bug i have been able to grind cooking to level 4 on day one just by loading in and out of the game. Sometimes the bug will stop working and no longer produce XP (i think this might be linked to the XP being tied to the hour that the show is suppose to play at). If the show ends before you quit and load sometimes the bug will also not work. Im currently working on a video to show the bug in action.

Version: [42.0.1] rev:25246 Mode: [Singleplayer] Server settings: [N/A] Mods: [None] Save: [New Save] Description I had some weird behaviors in my Sanbox save when managing some First Aid items I found in my run. I decided to make some tests a fresh new save using debug mode and found some issues I couldn't realize exactly a pattern to understand the bugs fully but I hope this might be useful for the team to identify some errors. Here is a summary list: Packing First Aid items from the main inventory show conflicts that do not trigger the packing action. Example: Try to pack a stack of Bandages having Cotton Balls in the inventory doesn't trigger the packing. Note: This can vary among the different First Aid items. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. For the First Aid items presenting the issue mentioned above, if dropped into the ground or moved to another container (like a backpack), the packing action works as expected and the pack is moved to the main inventory. The packing option in the context menu is considering Base.Bandage and Base.Bandaid as the same stack to be packed Example: If you have 12 Bandages and 1 Bandaid in the inventory, or in the ground, when right-clicking on the Bandaid you'll see the pack option displayed. This shouldn't happen since you just have 1 unity of Bandaid. If you remove 1 Bandage, having now 11 Bandages and 1 Bandaid, the pack option is not displayed in both items. So looks like they are considered as the same stack group? Antibiotics are popping up errors in the console when interacting with First Aid items nearby, including Antibiotics itself. Tested items - Script names Base.Antibiotics Base.Bandage Base.Bandaid Base.Coldpack Base.CottonBalls Base.SutureNeedle Base.TongueDepressor Reproduction steps Start a new save Apocalypse mode. Add the First Aid boxes for the mentioned items to the character main inventory Unpack all of them to have the exact stack in the inventory Try to pack and unpack the items If you realize stacks are not being packed, drop them in the ground or move them to a backpack and try again I recommend playing around with some combinations. Items in isolation are 100% packed in the main inventory, but present issues when different items are together in the inventory After all, add Antibiotics to the main inventory Right-click on any First Aid item Check the errors are logged in the console Click on "Pack Items in Box" option Check more errors are logged in the console Notes: Apparently, Antibiotics should be "packable" since there is a Box of Antibiotics, although, there is no option when right-clicking on the Antibiotics stack (Probably not working because of the errors occurring with the item?). Check the video below as a reference from the test done

Place Animal Feeding Trough 4. Open World Inventory Screen 5, Observe Animal Feeding Trough has no Inventory Note: I have not tested if constructed troughs have inventories. It could be that all player-constructed feeding thoughts have no inventories to place food. These troughs do hold water and water can be poured into them. I have also observed this bug in V 42.0.0
  25. *New save *No mods after the power runs out, I go to turn on my generator, the entirety of my base gets power, except for the basement. even tried running a generator downstairs inside of the basement and still had no luck getting power down there. assuming this is not intended
