---Raven Creek--- This adds the city of Raven Creek to the vanilla game world. The map has the following parameters - size 8*8 (64 cells) - more than 1400+ buildings (WorldEd), and most of them are multi-storey - more than 23000+ rooms (WorldEd) _____________________________________________________ There are three zones of different difficulty on the map. Each zone has its own characteristics, number of infected and amount of loot. Also affects how long you survive (standart +50%), there will be more zombies every day (unless you changed this in the sandbox settings). На карте три зоны разной сложности. This feature causes bugs, and makes the overall appearance of the map worse. If you see a bug when one half of the garage door is open, the other half is closed, it is from this option. Vanilla PZ is more based on survival where it's hard to find weapons, food, etc., but I tried to add more action - there is a lot of loot in Raven Сreek, a lot of weapons, but the difficulty is in the number of infected. There are a lot of narrow lanes where you will be eaten no matter how much loot you have, if you get too much attention. This requires a different approach. Therefore, the original idea of the city was in a huge number of everything, from weapons to the infected. Another reason why there is so much loot on the map. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t like empty towns in multiplayer, when after a short time of creating a server there was nothing left on the map, I hope that Raven Creek will improve this situation. In any case, the city was created specifically for multiplayer, where the city will have a lot of loot, a lot of zombies, and a lot of players (not always friendly). Don't forget to move things around in the game. Sometimes it can help. Although I reduced the total number of loot, it's still a lot, the map is not designed for one player, keep this in mind. You can show up at any of the 57 spawn points, some can be tough, especially on rooftops. Use balconies, fire exits to get down safely or if the exit from the roof is blocked. Основной идеей создания города было получение другого типа опыта. Ванильный PZ - это в основном сложности с поиском всего необходимого, создание базы и накопление ресурсов. Но мне хотелось добавить сюда больше активности. В Raven Сreek очень много лута и оружия, но сложность тут как в кол-ве зараженных, так и в неизвестном кол-ве их в зданиях, в сражениях в узких и тесных пространствах. Нужен другой подход - включать скрытность, качать огнестрел, использовать окружающую обстановку. Город планировался для быстрых рейдов, поэтому безопасных зон для базы нет и не будет (кроме одной). Крайне советую играть с бегунами. Вторая причина почему в городе так много лута - карта создана специально для мультиплеера. Думаю все помнят как быстро опустошали от лута ванильные города в мультиплеере. Надеюсь Raven Сreek улучшит эту ситуацию. Не забывайте двигать вещи в игре. Иногда это может помочь. Хоть я и уменьшил общее кол-во лута, его все равно много, карта не рассчитана на одного игрока, помните об этом. Вы можете появиться в любом из 57 точек спавна, некоторые могут быть жесткими, особенно на крышах. So as far as progress goes I don't like to stress things and get things wrong right? so slow and steady wins the race in my case. Cell 0.0 is complete with roads so far and I have begun on making basic roads on the second cell, I will ofc make more details on each cell as I go but only once all the roads and streets are done. Now am gonna warn everyone, I'am not making Raccoon City to a 100% accuracy because there are several different design on the city that people might be used to, so I'm doing MY take on Raccoon City. Anyways will work on it more in the afternoon or tonight we shall see, and don't worry I will post pictures of the map and houses later once I got more progress done but for now I really wanna do something else rather then looking at maps of the city!

UNION CITY With Louisville a still a while off I decided to take up the task of getting a good sized city into the game. Also, Yes the map does borrow the name from the last stand web browser games but otherwise has no relation If anyone would like to help out with buildings, comment here or PM me. Hello, first of all, I am Legoland99 from the forums, creator of many custom buildings. I am planning on making a map, and need your help for that. I am wondering what kind of maps the community would like to see and play: a) A small City complete with suburbs, parks and such. A lot of undead. b) A wasteland type kind of environment with lots of burnt wreckages, half buried buildings, towns, bunkers, scarce resources and hordes of zombies. c) An overgrown game world after the apocalypse, with houses, buildings, gas stations, towns and other areas covered by greenery and ransacked. Scarce resources, high value areas with items such as nails, saws, car pieces or even guns. Car spawns are extremely rare and most of them are broken and require skills to repair them. Your chance to rebuilt society to an extent and make it yours. Most likely the c) map I would work on but I don't mind ideas, I can very well implement all of the maps into one, or compromise. Please share your ideas for buildings, areas and maps you would like to see.

Hello survivors, my name is Filip and last year I was working together with Neutz to make a large city map. We both had to stale due to me having exams and getting into university, and also breaking all of my facial bones on my right side and forgetting a month's worth of things. I am happy to announce that as of now I am thinking of starting a map, while using the over 300+ buildings that I have made in the last year, plus hundreds more to come. I don't know the basics of map making or what my map will be off, just know that it will contain both rural , hills, towns and some cities. Alongside that I will be adding things such as a monorail and other assets that I think will make some people happy when exploring cities ( no, the monorail won't be drivable, but you can climb on the tracks, jump through the emergency openings and maybe find some valuable, random loot to check and stay safe in the air from the hordes of zombies below. Stores will be gated, broken down cars, checkpoints, contained areas and much more will be available in the cities, while the rural areas will be either picked clean or swarming with the moving hordes of the undead. You will be able to find an airport that you can explore, bunkers, cabins deeply burrowed in the woods, burnt down suburbs, a factory sewer system and much more. It will take time, sure, but I will do my best to see it done. Any ideas are welcomed for this project and I will take them into account. If you want any poi's to be added, anything special included and so on I will try my best to do so. Waiting for your ideas and responses!

Well sense this is my first post im not sure how all these are done, but simply put. HOW, HOW HOW HOW have people not come up with the idea for multi story houses? For one it would add a new twist to the game itself, large sky scrapers and such. New homes and getting caught up in one, no way you as zombies are coming from above and below. So you have to climb out the window somehow lowering yourself to the ground, or die trying. Something amazing On the PZ website is them adding creative mode, so we as a community would be able to make those large City's we have always wanted. And with this mod we can actually make larger homes, taller, maybe even basements and bunkers? But for the beginning just multi story would be a wonderful start, let me know what you think!

Dąbrowa Górnicza- New City in PZ Hello, brave loners of this ruined world. I come here with an idea- a New whole city with big urban and industrial area and FOUR lakes! Dąbrowa Górnicza is a medium-sized city. It is famous for it ironworks. We've got here a big city-sized industrial area full of coke plants, ironworks, coal-fired plants and many more. In PZ we need some industrial terrain, don't you think? In DG there are four lakes, all made in pits from opencast sand mines. The biggest one is long for 8km, wide for 3km and deep for 23m. On southern edge of it, there is a dam. Not so big, but it's a DAM The urban area has some fun places to go. There is a big shopping centre, a PRL "Palace of Culture and Science"(Yup, we have this things in Poland, because of our BIG&ONLY brother- Russia. After the GWW II our land was under soviet occupation for a long time. It ended in 1989.), a big cathedral, huge hospital and many more things that i could talk and talk. I think that DG is a very nice place for a zombie apocalypse. I have no skill in map making, so I'm giving this idea to you guys. I've been thinking,when the Kate and Baldspot tutorial first came out i wondered,"Where did they come from, and how did they get in that predicament? Did they get stuck in Muldraugh during a vacation, or did they get stuck there because Louisville was the first to go?" So i was thinking, how about a world that gets persistently worse as the infection spreads? Like everything is normal, then police get called in, then riots in the streets, then the CDC and the National Guard gets called in, then they quarantine the area, then they start bombing runs, then the quarantine fails and it spreads even farther. I'm interested In learning how to make maps for Zomboid, I want to start a HUGE project with some of my friends and create the city of Melbourne, Australia. However Melbourne is a collosal city with buildings stretching upto 91 floors [see Attached]. I would guess the engine couldn't support buildings that tall or it would cause conciderable framedrops. I'm wondering if it would be possible to do this either now or in the foreseeable future. Thanks in advance

Hey Guys, I was thinking of an idea for NPC's such as a trader.... Where you would find a trader... The way it would work is you would find a base fenced off with thugs with rifles outside that would stop you to search you before you enter, When you enter there would be a man standing behind a fenced off counter (Like the pawn stores in Dead Rising). How to trade... When you enter the man would welcome you, to talk to him you would press Q which would bring up a small screen that would have 2 different inventory pages, 1 being yours and the other being what the trader would sell. The way you would trade is by highlighting certain things in your inventory and when you do the trader would highlight things in his inventory that he will think would make a fair trade. The more things you highlight the more things the trader will also highlight some things. What he would sell... What he would sell is obvious it would rage from seeds and ammo to salmon and shotguns. Extra ideas... Some extra things i thought of is that before you start a new game there would be some new thing to select, like your past job there could be Salesman, Lawyers, etc. And for extra traits there could be something like stubborn for negative and fast talker for positive. All these things would affect your way around traders on getting better deals or worst deals. Also every trader would be different some would be very fair about there deals like trading some ammo for fish, and some would be complete thugs that if you gave them a shotgun they would trade you a box of nails Thank you everyone for reading please post a comment on what you think about my idea..Thanks!

I want to make a make like whit an ambient from the movie I am Legend so only that you start you go to have water and electricity only if you desactivate , but the food will not be rotten :S so it detracts from its realism. Aliens are attacking the earth. But two twins brother won't stand aside. Together, they will free their city from the invaders. What is the concept ? A Die & Retry, platformer in which you control two characters in the same time, in a split screen. Both characters have their own color, which they can swap (now you get the name of the game) in order to overcome obstacles (cannons, colored walls, enemies...). This is our first game as a team, we all hope you'll enjoy it... and not rage-quit too much. Because this game is pretty hard (yeah, it's a die and retry), but is only the first step of what we have in mind. It shall evolve ! Zombies tend to gather to places in more of the urban, but Hordes are known to be traveling near the LakeFeatured items: TV remote - Used primarily to turn on tv's (until power goes out) and create a distraction for player to move through homes or even the middle of town with a little bit more safety.Camcorder - Can use to make a video and play said video in any tv to lower boredom for self or other npc's (NPC's would be able to make videos during time that they aren't scavenging, hunting, etc.)I'd really like some feedback for this idea since I personally felt it was good, but I usually think that about most of my ideas.
