  1. Which seems completely useless, because then any other occupation will top it. Since them skill levels can be easily gained. If it was something like extended battery life, unique electrical creations or quicker electrical fixes would be more fitting. Not sure about extended battery life, but electicians could make homemade battery rechargers, that would make batteries reusable. Yet there is not much to do when it comes to saving battery life(except with car batteries) and with each recharging the battery will run out faster.
  2. How about electrician occupation when generators and electrical devices are implemented ? If there was a skill, they could start with lvl2 or lvl 3.
  3. I woud like to see body part interactions only on zombies like hitting their leg with a baseball bat could cause zombie to fall.
  4. Question: Woud zombies bee able to push down smaller or medium trees ? If not then trees could get a little OP. Just imagine, you are on a loot raid and you find a horde. Some zombies are coming for you others are just standing. If the trees are indestructable, you can evade the horde(just by waiting when it moves) and survive.
  5. I like your idea, the hoodies also could give character longer period of time being in rain, as the hoodie woud definitely give atleast some protection against the rain.
  6. Maybe also as a smoke cover so zombies coudn't see you? Also works for the smell and maybe a little for sound. So as a cover or a distraction if the zombies woud be attracted to it.
  7. But what if the zombie is been reanimated for a while and starts to rot? Shouldn't bear traps just tear of their limbs. And that would make more crawlers. If that's the case, not sure if it really would be that useful. But in catching animals for food, it could get pretty uselful.
  8. Well there is no telling how long before food goes bad in specific, yet it would help if the products could get different conditions and mean how long they could be stored. Also food could go bad without rotting, for example get soaked or dry out if left in direct sunlight.
  9. Maybe it's about how the NPC groups should react if one was trapped or missing ?
  10. I really like your ideas about sneaking and noises. As for me sneaking and hiding is quite easy in survival and your suggestions could make the gameplay more intense and interesting.
  11. Well after all if the containment is still holding and the rest of the country unaffected, the local institutions would cut off the power and water supply, because why shoud country support a dead city? Yet if the containment fails and all the country is affected, the power , water and heat fails at most of the country. I hope, when the map gets bigger, they might add in the powerplant and other utility stations.
  12. I would also like a occupation - electican. I personally think that in zombie world some sort of warning system with wire or motion sensors would be extremely useful. Besides floodlights at nights could make surving in the night easier. And a skilled electrician could make an improvised solar panel, which of course wouldn't be as efficient as professionallly made, yet could get some power. And maybe we could get battery chargers and car acumulators or batteries to store energy for night. Also even if the solar panels would be craftabe, they should get damaged by wind so they wouldn't be useful, but rather be regullary fixed and bring more realism into the game. And that would be an ideal action when the NPC come in, so you have one guy checking panels/generators/batteries on regular basis.
  13. I think the sneak attack is useful even now and I have no problems sneaking up to zombies in survival. One hit behind - zombie gets killed or atleast trips and it's a easy to kill them on the ground. I personally think that there is no need of some sort of sneak attack.
  14. Why stop at drying and salting? Canning and bottling food isn't hard, as long as you have jar or a bottle, cooked food, some ingredients such as salt and a heat source. Of course, the food made in improvised surroundings and limited resources woudn't hold for long, yet maybe for some weeks they would be usable. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's possible too.
  15. I see swords more as hand made improvised weapons, not forged and smithed. For example, you could get a rod from a welded construction just simply applying enough force at welded point. If in the game a hand drill would be implemented, player could make some alterations to the sword and with rasp or file implemented, the rod could be made sharp. Same with axes, pikes, yet nothing complicated and really durable. Personally, I don't see how forging from ore could be done in zombie apocolipse.
