Here an actual helpful response, have you got any mods installed? If my memory serves me right a corpse mod being developed had a little bug that would make the corpses into naked bodies lying around.

I have to agree with the others a nice bit of text would suffice, and maybe you could relate the actual Zed alert radius to one of the perks.

So guys I know there are a lot of people joining our once small feeble PZ community, which I have to say I love it more people means more money and more moneys means better quality and paying the devs for their hard work. I would like to say I am quite an adept player I have survived a year on this game and numerous times my characters survives months. What I am trying to say is i would like a little kick to my gameplay in other words mods the fan made ingenuity and greatness that make games great. What I am asking is if the modders in the community can put links to their mods here I know their are links in the modding section although they are not specific enough as to what makes they work on e.g. 2.9.9.11

One more thing to the modders do you gutys think you could make a bag out of the pillows? Like take the pillow out and use the case for a small bag?

Ask for help amoung the modding community like Robo and those guy they done a lot of great things for the game that involves some quite in depth modding. I suggest getting the light files for the torch and working around them as staying on as they are placed on the ground. Look at campfire files and just look at what they have done. I'd like to help but I am a bit preoccupied

2.9.9.10? Up to date alpha version using Desura client. You can download newer version on the forums that otherwise are not available through Desura or other means although you do need your key, you would have received one with the client you purchased it from, in your case that is Desura.

Mount & Blade such a great strategic (well essence of strategy) and large map where you start out a mere peasent and eventually grow a force to be reckoned, 5-6 different nations. Serve your king or become one, one of the best modding community's I have seen for the size of the game. Great MP modded or not. Play that game for days.

I'm a huge DayZ player the one reason people shoot on sight is that the Z's are woeful hide in a tree and your fine walk into a house and the will walk slowly to you in single file letting you fire one bullet into their brain. Dayz is built on the Arma 2 engine which didn't require you too eat very often because it was realistic, the times in between eating were huge. 90% of the time you will not die from dehydration or starvation. This however is a game where a single scratch can end your life. You can be punched 4 times even kill the zombie bandage up get a transfusion and be on your way. Also that forum server could be easy members could be given the password and log in and play im hoping that there will be a password system so 4 of my mates and I could build up and base turn on NPC's and see how long we go for.

You should make a long distance weapon like a Gumbochete or a stick or baseball bat, a long range bladed weapon long then the axe but weaker.

a builder? of course your in! now we have: secretary/cook (crafter/guard): @stuffger that handles all the inventory, its collection, coordinate with all members for their necessary supplies -responsible for proper distribution of food and drinks to all members -also responsible for cooking and/or crafting if idle while the builder is busy with construction -therefore, one of the most important/crucial member of the group builder/crafter (farmer/guard): @TheConstructionWorker that is responsible for all construction -his expertise is crucial for the safety, growth and survival of the group -also responsible for crafting -may also help in farming, or guarding the base if there's nothing to do at the moment scout (scavenger/guard): @Chippy has responsibilities to scout for food and materials, incoming zombies, aggressive faction and other survivors -will be the busiest of all the members as he will be constantly in search of a lot of things -must have a partner -if there are no more scouting missions for the moment, he may join scavenging missions -if idle, guards the base Some jobs to fill: farmer/guard (scavenger): will be responsible for the farms: planting, watering, fertilizing and harvesting -his expertise is crucial for the survival of the whole group -may have a few partners if group population is becoming larger -act as guard if there's nothing to do -if idle and guards are plenty, can join scavenging missions scavengers/exterminators (guard/scout): will be responsible for all scavenging missions and zombie (or aggressive group) extermination missions -will also be responsible for defending the base if idle -may also help scouting if scouts are in short numbers -the most numerous members according to job type -very important as they are the muscles and early game food supplier of the group We should have a democratic system a leader in charge but also the groups overall decision will be held higher than his/her say we will have a society of mutual members non aggressive unless fired upon or the stakes are to high. Joining will require rigorous questions on there morals and will not be aloud to do single or two man missions once taken on, until they have proven worth otherwise it is too risky to have them with our supplies and possibly murdering a member. Currently I believe that the hotel would be a great place to hold up. Reasons below 1. Large multiple rooms for settlers. 2. Two stories, great for strategic benefits in a fire fight. 3. Visibility from all angles, not much room for a sneak attack. 4. Has a large kitchen multiply fridges, stoves, ovens lots of cabinets. 5. Has a courtyard could be heavily barricaded as a safe zone, town square sort of thing, also it has about 16-24 squares of grass for crops potentially high maintenance crops. 6. Easily guarded (if done right) it has two main entrances.although roughly 20 windows and a kitchen door. (Don't worry though building defences is my forte B)) 7. On the highway near all the main shops and not to far from the in woods logging company.

I have downloaded and read the whole manual, liked it actually nothing I didn't know but new people would highly benefit this. One thing though I think you should have 1-2 pages dedicated to hints and tips that you have found out or strategies. Or maybe even a personal section where you put your guide in, as in what you do to survive.

I would havefer my services and expertise in construction (lvl 5) helping the survivor community's and colones in exchange for a refill of my canteens, my choice in the exquisite tasting canned food, a restock in ammunition and a bed to call my own maybe even share it with a lovely lady, then head of to my deluxe cabin in the woods. Cut down some trees and get some homemade nails in my belts.
