  1. While I don't agree with the rest, I think that the traits need a revamp/rework, especially the fitness ones. Most of the people take overweright and such because they are relatively easy to get rid of, ending up having free points. That, along with the floating building (which really should be addressed), is the only gripe I have for build 41, because, otherwise, it's really exceptional. You can always play the older versions ;D
  2. come on. The weight traits as they are are FREE POINTS after a while. I feel it's only fair to have them long lasting disadvantages. You don't want them? Don't take the traits
  3. so, just to understand, you're complaining because now you can't get free points easily by exploiting the weight traits like in build 40? Honestly, especially in multiplayer, they just give free points after a while. I think it's just correct that they have long lasting consequences (for example, not having the same fitness level as someone of normal weight). Hemophoic is already going to be changed, or better, the amount of blood you get splashed by. And really, you're taking it just for the points? You should also think about the consequences... We have a hotfix with an adjustment planned for it.

  5. I for sure could sling the fire axe in the back slot.
  6. bump, this would be a quite nice middle ground.
  7. The only reason I'm forced to copy/paste savegames for multiplayer is when I have to switch pc and I want to use the same character. In MP saves should really be server side... In single, I think you can do whatever you want with your save.
  8. Everything is better with pirates!

  9. Me and my friends tried to sleep at the same time in multiplayer, but there's just no option to sleep, at all (tried beds, chairs etc) Edit: nevermind, found the server string, will test this out
  10. obviously something with dragons since they promised them to be in PZ, and I have yet to see one! Bad devs, bad!
  11. hello! my buddy was able to place the spiked barricade...and it turned invisible any idea about how to fix this?
  12. quick question about spiked barricades: in multiplayer a friend of mine created one, but when he drops it on the ground, dropping it like any other item, it just does nothing, you can pass through it (zombies can as well ). Did he do something wrong? Shouldn't the barricade be a placeable like the normal ones?
  13. when you're in a situation like this, always remember the ending credits from Monkey Island 2. They can do wonders
  14. see, my eyes skipped automatically the beginner mode, so now I can make my wife play the game, and one day, allow her to join me And all thanks to this post! Now I only wonder how to get one of those funny titles.... *ponders*
  15. very nice, gonna try this out!
  16. I can already imagine the classic scene that everybody hate (or at least I do ): as much as I love dogs, if I should risk my life to save a dog, well... we all know how it ends usually XD keep barkin' buddy. Just keep barking.
  17. opening more ports solved the issue. Surely it's not practical and could be addressed in future releases
  18. uh, you don't have to alter it. It's called PZserverSettings.exe (which is an executable, you have to launch it). Once opened, you'll see a panel just like the sandobox options in game, all this little program does is modify those settings and apply it to your server.
  19. Tonight I'll open up more ports (so far I got them open up to the 16264) and provide a screenshot of the error.
  20. yep, previously it worked fine, we were in 5 players at a certain points. The ports are open up to the one ending with 4 (I can't remember the number right now, but it's the exact one), so if that's true it should at least have space for 4 people, not 2. I'll try opening more ports and see what happens.
  21. you can just launch the server propertiers "program" which you can find in the Zomboid folder, and adjust the quantity, or otherwise manually spawn the hordes by entering as admin and typing /createhorde XXX where XXX is a number
  22. edit: the "I can't see the other player" was due simply to one of them having crashed and not realizing about that The other issue persists and it's quite bothersome.
