  1. So for the old and forgetable people like me, it would be nice, if in futere times a chatlog will be added. But I'm not thinking about a global chatlog how it's in the most current games. If anyone remembering at Ultima Online, there was a chatlog, that only log nearby spoken (or far away screamed) words. This would be perfect for rp-servers.

  4. Here is an idea for a mod: Night vision device/ goggles! Should be an item for the secondary slot, so it doesn't matter if it's a device with a headholder or to hold in the hand. The duration of this device should be as long as the flashlight but instead of one battery, it should use two (so it's not so overpowered, I think). I think this is the hardest part: It should turn the screen green and highlight the zombs in a brighter green, maybe with sound if you activate it. Challenge: insert small interfering effects Upside: + Let's see you in the dark + Cool effect of nightvisiondevice Downside: - more batteries as the flashlight - secondary slot is used If there already a mod, please link me!   8. So my suggestion is pretty simple: Now, if I loot a kitchen, all knives, pans, forks, spoons and rolling pins are in a brand new shape, buyed some minutes ago or never used. Never played baseball or golf, never shot a gun, never drive a nail with a hammer, etc. The weapons needs a balance, thats true. My pan + the handgrip would never withstand more than two hits until it breaks. But my idea was something like this: Let's spawn used items with non 100% durability. Maybe you are lucky and find a brand new pan with 100% durability, but the common durability should be from 60-80%. Or you're unlucky and find a pan with only 20% durability and after three zombies it turns to dust. Yes, that would be cool That's it. Greetings Sieben

  11. Hier sind einige Vorschläge von mir in Bezug auf das Menü, Charaktererschaffung und den Traits. Da mir viele Übersetzungen schon gefallen haben, habe ich nur die rausgepickt, die ich noch etwas seltsam fand: Achso, dies soll kein Meckern sein. Sind nur ein paar Vorschläge. Ich finde die deutsche Übersetzung bisher sehr gut.

  13. Wie wäre es eher mit dem Zustand hinten ransetzen? z.B.: Küchenmesser (kaputt) Baseballschläger (kaputt) Weiter oben wurde für "sandbagwall" Sandsackwand vorgeschlagen. Persönlich finde ich, dass man durchaus auch Sandsackmauer oder besser Sandsackwall (anderes Wort für Mauer) nehmen kann. Ich werde mal die Sprache auf deutsch umstellen; hab bisher nur auf englisch gespielt

  15. Hmm, me too. But I'm not often at my safehouse exept for sleeping. I wander around for looting (and finding a saw and carpentry for beginners). Also I have killed every zombie in the area in the near.

  17. If you get to choose next Mondoid's content, what would it be? 3D-Player-/Zombiemodels? Neither npc or multiplayer are important to me, but nice to have. I can understand both sides of "fans". I'm interested in the 3D-models or some mapenchantments like lootable car-/bus-/truckwrecks (the streets are to clean for me) or other things to raise the ambient of this really great game. But I'm a patient guy and I've learned to wait until these parts will be integrated. I'm happy about every new addition, even if it's a rabbit
  18. Only because you're working at night it doesn't mean, that you could better see in the dark. Security Guards tend to use lightlamps, therefore it make sense that they use lightsources longer than other "classes". Anyway I think your "Nighteye"-Skill would fit better for the Ranger. I can't argue with that logic. Although I can't see myself choosing the security guard because of a trait like extended use of light sources. He'd need something more than that for me to find it more appealing than some of the others. At least not with the shelf life items like flashlights already have. I often carry a flashlight in my equipment bag and will often use it if I'm caught out at night and don't have two full bags to carry filling up my inventory, and in all the time I've been playing I've only had to replace my batteries once. So they already do last a good long time. ^ That makes sense to me. You consider the damage it'd do to the weapon if you were using it in those ways, and the speed it degrades now definitely makes sense. You'd blunt it, or just straight break it in half if you were doing those things pretty damn quickly. Especially with a weighted head. Maybe some kind of trait relating to dealing with other players? Or NPC's for the security guard or police officer? Both jobs would have training in how to deal with irrational people in a calm even way. The police officer definitely moreso than the security guard, but I'm kinda just brainstorming here. Arg, I must apologize. I mistake the word security guard with nightwatchguard. In horrormovies they die always first and the last movie I saw about a security (nightwatch) guard was "Mall Cop" with Kevin James...
  19. I play currently with Police Officer and Strong, Athletic and Graceful versus Light Drinker, Unlucky, Cowardly, Short Tempered, Brooding, Heartly Appentite. I like the Unlucky-trait, because it make the loot rarer and I like searching for some rare items a long time. Negative effect is of course to be scratched and bitten often, but even witch Construction Worker I got bad reallife luck to get bitten at the first moment . The clou is not to get scratched/bitten . Edit: But even with unlucky-trait and sandbox extremly rare-option i found rare items sometime very early in a game. It's harder to find the right skill books, if you need them. @Eliijahh: Maybe i should try it to play with unemployed and no traits

  21. At the charactercreationscreen, there are beards in the bodytype-option for male gender, so there are more bodies available than it makes sense. I think they're missing in the beards-option. Edit: Also many of the "new" edited-houses have many bathroom-loot in dressers, commodes. Anyway, until now Build 23 has more positives than negatives aspects for me
  22. Hmm, like "better well stolen than badly homemade"? I like it (I love JA2). With better Skilllevel (3-5) the Munition will be shown. I like the idea with ammoclips (could be found) to reduce the weight of the loose bullets maybe. Like the ammocarts. Edit: After a gunfight you have to fill the empty clips of course with loose bullets
