I've got allergies and I thought it'd be neat if they were in Project Zomboid, but I have no modding experience
There are a few different kinds of allergies, probably being different negative traits, some examples being:
Animals (which don't exist in-game as of the time I'm writing this)
Food (milk, fish, nuts, chocolate, etc.)
Pollen (just existing during spring sucks)
Symptoms examples:
Sneezing and coughing (like a cold)
Throat pain (self-explanatory)
Runny/stuffy nose and difficulty breathing (slower exhaustion recovery? idk)
Itchy/watery eyes (reduced sight?)
Headaches, rashes, and stomach cramps (pain)
Vomiting (slowed/no speed while happening, pain, more exhaustion)
Death, typically from asphyxiation
