Seal

I've been having this error page since two days ago. I believe I have used the correct RGB color (I've watched the Youtube made by Daddy Dirkie dirk and used his image color picker) and have downloaded most recent tilezed Also tried using one you download from Steam modding tool but either one keeps popping up that messege. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you
