got it to work

it worked once but now cars wont spawn its the last thing i need to fix before my mods done but im left feeling hopeless that im not gonna get it to work again had to take a brake becuse it got me so mad i almost destroyed my pc you know the norm xD but help please

so i made the map and it is on the vinella one what i need help with is when u press m how do i add what i changed to that ?? cant figure it out
