Found but not picked up items can be rerolled by changing the focus category and turn on and off the foraging modus. Version 41.78.16 Singleplayer No Mods Occurs on old and new saves Reproduction steps: enable Foraging modus and find one or more items don't pick them up change the focus category enable/disable Foraging back and forth eventually the items will change to items from the chosen category
