  1. Agreed, the current way of choosing mods in MP server's options is an absolute shit, the singleplayer mod-choosing UI is 1000X times better and easier/comfortable to use Just 1 patch would be great, wich might change this finally, after playing so long on my MP server with this terrible mod UI there...
  2. If someone can make it, then ok (please): The mod would add a new option for sandbox mode, wich'd be called "Clever zombies" and "Clever zombie amount" (or "Clever zombie chance") Kinda what we could see in several Romero's zombie movies, the Crazies (even though they weren't really "zombies", - don't be a nerd at this point (some people could be so yep) ), "#ALIVE" and several other movies and TV shows Police officers, even though they got zombified, retain some of their past memories, so they can use guns sometimes, and make player drop the weapon on any kind of hit/attack Firemen can climb sheet rope Etc. P.S: IT WOULD BE A TOGGLEABLE OPTION! So no worries abt that Mb others would have more ideas speaking of other professions idk
  3. So, as I understood, the Knox infection spread beyond Kentucky later, so what if there'd be some challenges avaliable wich would be situated in, let's say... Well, there are lots of possible locations: (NNR radio transcript) CollapseText This is NNR The Knox Event infection is confirmed in the following locations. Louisville and surrounding area, Kentucky. Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. Norfolk, England. London, England. Newcastle, England. Mogadishu, Somalia - in Africa. Seoul, South Korea. Okinawa, Japan. The cause of the sudden spread is unknown. NNR Network: What matters to you, matters to America. There are like 3 more american cities, as u can see there, and other cities in Asia and Europe as well. So, maybe some of them would be challenge maps? I don't mean recrating whole Columbus or Seoul lol, just some part of it/district maybe, that'd be enough. Also, these challenge maps'd have different zombie population, and, obviously, the surroundings/looks too, comparing to the vanilla kentucky or other challenge maps. Same goes to the starting date. For example, as I remember, the radio was saying that the infection has reached Seoul, London and some other cities on july 17th, 1993 and etc. And yep, keep the same zombies as in the lore please: these locations are from the game's lore as you can see. (P.S: Yes, I know there are some workshop maps, but it'd be great to have in vanilla PZ, and maybe these challenge maps'd be more detalised as they'd not recreate the whole cities but ~1 district out of them!)
  4. So on days, I though it'd be nice to see: 1. A static (moving one would be even better ofc, lol) train on vanilla railway, because why not to? There's only one in Louisville, and it's small 2. The actually-working trains would be great to see both in vanilla map and workshop maps. Imagine, it'd be possible to have a "Train to Busan" vibe then, why not as well? Or just survive on the train, it would move only in 2 directions in vanilla though, but it's great still, isn't it? Also it's an interesting way of resources' transportation. Maybe players would be eable to make/build railways even, when there'd be some update that'd add (as I heard before, it's possible) the blacksmith'ing-related jobs? And then, maybe players would have an opportunity to create a train themselves, using some metal scrap, metal sheets and etc. Wait, then maybe the same way they'll be able to create... Cars??? Hm, it'd be logical then as well
  5. Hello again! Right now, we don't have any sounds when we lissten to the TV or some radio frequency, but what if in vanilla Project Zomboid, there would be a toggleable feature when creating a new sandbox save? I mean... When the person's speaking on the radio like NNR or LBMW, there'd be an actual voice sound of what they're saying to the lissteners/viewers. It'd add more life to the game, I think
  6. I thought like: "If there are thunderstorms and even tropical storms possible soemtimes, why isn't there any damage when the strong wind blows in?" Maybe the wind would down some random trees? Just make only some trees to be affected by the wind higher than 25 m/s (90 kilometers per hour). Not all trees would be downed, so there won't be much lag. Or, maybe, the high wind would also be able to have a chance to break some random window/door, especially during the tropical storm? Would be realistic and it'd add some danger to the game I think, other than zombies, wich's pretty fun in my opinion. I'm not asking to add some breaking roof tiles during the storm that would change their texture when a too powerful wind gust comes in, as it really may cause lag if you'd add it all at once (probably). But I hope this'd be added in the future, a lot. BUT, maybe, it will be a feature that you'd be able to enable or disable when creating a sandbox save, so it'd be your choice if you wanna see more realistic weather, or just the weather effects.
  7. Yeah, it'd be great to see imo. All's kinda old, and it's sometimes not fitting in the sandbox scenario because of that, for example.
