well that sucks and I did and and was confused but thought I did it right so didn't get why I wouldn't work. well thanks how to I tell if their outdated?

I recently got insomnia and I cant figure out how to install it I have windows 7 and I am running the steam version anyways I dragged the insomnia folder to the project zomboid mods folder and I hasn't popped up in the mod manager thanks in advance

my character is getting really depressed and I don't know any way to fix it I know medicine helps but that is really hard to get to right now. is there any other way it says talk to somebody but well that's another problem there is nobody!! im getting mad/worried that my character is going to commit suicide or something! (I know there is no suicide)
