No, also after they despawned and respawn new Z in same area.

Hi, I ever had 60 fps, but I noticed that after multiple times of Z respawn in certain part of map where I kill the most amount of Z to clean the road near safehouse, the FPS drop to 25/20. Is there some solution/workaround? (I don't know, for example delete some cache)

Yes I can confirm this is a bug. I started a new run, first character survive 4 months and 15 days, new character it's not afflicted by claustrophobic trait. Hoping will be patched in future

Happens also in small rooms (with the previous character I can sleep in room of large 2 floor house after 3 months without take alcohol or medicine. But the panic malus still occurs in small rooms)

Apart from the huge update coming with build 42 with NPC and animals, improvised bow and arrow is in plan for a silent weapon?

In my new run (started with 41.73, NO MODS), the initial character (Fitness instructor)with claustrophobic trait regulary has no panic inside large rooms after 3 months. Then died after 4 months of survival, and then my new character (firefighter)also with claustrophobic trait has no malus and he's not terrified (only if I fast forward time the panic increase).
