In my opinion, there should be an footstep sound for walking on the snow and walking on the metal floors in zomboid. I believe this can be added for more immersion & realism.

When you break a window of any vehicle I think there should be an alarm or something. Could be more realistic for PZ

I think there could be an outbreak mod, like you came from work and you're tired, while you're watching the news you see things getting worse, and everywhere is burning like in movies, just a chaotic atmosphere where players can enjoy the realism. I think could be good for PZ.
