  1. Going out to look for stuff? Have your friend punch you straight in the face and you'll be able to spot things for miles!
  2. Food does go down quite a lot faster than me and my group were used to in the new build. This also seems to go the same for water with us starting to die of thirst only after a couple irl minutes of walking down a road.
  3. Depending on how the system would be put in, I feel as if you could also do a lot with it. Maybe add some stats to different items that deal more damage when hitting zombies with it, or increase how punch punishment you can put the car through.
  4. We're gonna disregard what I said for being an idiot and not reading everything in full.
  5. I feel as if another thing to point out is the general lack of things you find no matter where you are. I spent 20ish min wandering around forest near west point looking for sticks and flint just to find nothing. (RIP the spear grind) I could be on my end or the host end but I figured it was worth pointing out.
  6. Path finding would be a problem for that either way lest the fix being you just phase through every couch in the game. seeing as I would assume every variant of a prop has the same coding. Also keep in mind anything that isn't a storage device is worthless until functions are added so besides just keeping them around to look nice in the zombie filled aftermath of Knox county. just either move them or take a hammer to it for free resources.
  7. I would normally question putting them in school bags. but you find most of them in either high school or the extremely rare case of finding a pack within what would be like a 3rd graders bag. the loot spawn on it seems awfully small from what I recall when you could walk into a gas station and just be flooded out with cigarettes.
  8. Knox county Kentucky is a proud non smoking community apparently. I guess the ones who were smoking are just outcast of the towns who were shunned.
  9. It could very well be something to sever spawns. The group I play with haven't ran into this problem yet in the new update. Try starting a new sever and checking Rosewood super market just in case. I find that housing isn't a very good place to find them but alas that could be to a bunch of different things.
  10. I've also run into this problem but depending on what you're trying to do. Just knock it down! This bug also seems to be bi-polar on if it wants to happen or not at least with me as I was able to remove like 30 doors with only 2 being bugged.
  11. While I'm sure this IS a bug, it could also help players get a good start who have joined months into the playthrough. Up to the devs what happens though.
  12. A great fix that I have found to this is to set spawn rates of cars in your sever to NORMAL where they will spawn rather frequently which can suck but at least they work. I wouldn't suggest using cars at the moment as if you attempt to drive near an unloaded chunk, you will be forced into neutral and your car will suddenly cease to work properly.
  13. Well well well I will add onto the train of people having this bug. It could have been because my friend who had never played the game was being an actual idiot and soft locked himself into the animation for the rest of the sever. It could very well just have to do with the current list of syncing issues currently facing the BRAND new build but yes. I can attest to this being a problem as of now.
  14. Well hello there! It's been over a year but just in case you were STILL wondering (And for those who happen upon this sub as well.) Within the sandbox settings you are able to change the spawn rates of certain things. I can only presume the devs have heard your question in the past because they made ranged weapons different from melee weapons. So if I'm not mistaken you can out right disable the spawn rate of ranged weapons if not make them even more rare. Making only a single ranged weapon here and there. Hopefully this helped, I'll load into PZ soon to get a screenshot in order to show you the settings menu.
  15. While Waffles have a place in my heart, I must admit that personally I do enjoy pancakes more frequently. However such a question cannot be answered without good old fashion factual evidence. (The following was not me spending 4 hours looking through this topic and writing a 500 word essay on why one is better or the other. What are you talking about?) Firstly, when people look at such a question as to waffles or pancakes they tend to compare this question to others such as apples or oranges. However this would imply that those two foods are different in anyways other than the process by which they are cooked. As many know, Pancakes and Waffles are made of generally the same ingredients, the difference being in how they are cooked. To start, Pancakes are softer and easier to eat. They can also be fully on the inside and crispy around the edges. Pancakes are denser and more filling than waffles. this allows you to walk away easier with a full stomach and ready to start the rest of your day with a nice filling boost. You really can't screw up a plain waffle too badly; there's a reason why frozen Eggo waffles are an American classic. Pancakes get soggy way quicker than waffles. This allows for more versatility and user friendliness to waffles than you might see with pancakes. Depending on the cooking method, waffles have a slightly faster cook time by round thirty seconds which allows you to squeeze every second out of that 15 minutes you have to get up, shower, eat, and get to work in. (This is what happens when you stay up playing PZ until 3 in the morning.) Before we take a look at the true winner of this contest based on the very basic facts provided. Allow me to introduce what nearly everyone within those forums is aware of, In game statistics. By default the states go as follows: Pancakes: -20 hunger when fresh 210 calories 6 proteines 2 fat 42 carbohydrates. -10 Unhappiness Location wise, Pancakes can be found in refrigerators and bakery display cases. Waffles: -15 hunger when fresh 80 calories 80 carbohydrates 3 proteins and 4 fat. -10 Unhappiness Location wise, Waffles can be found in bakeries and candy store display cases. In a world where bit of calorie, carb, protein and fat you can squeeze out of food to avoid starvation against your character who is constantly exerting themselves and losing weight from fighting zombies every day. The two line up as a clear choice as to what you should focus on. With a greater hunger loss and more calories which allow for greater endurance in the long term and needing to eat less. The clear winner is the beloved Pancakes. Now for the real question.. What is the best pie?
