Hello everyone, first of all my Situation: I am a regular Player on a failry big privatly run public server, now we had some incidence where cookes killed ppl with bleach soup whats a bannable offense on the server the M.O is PvE. Ive got a bit of expertise hence my education as a software developer specialised in c++ and java and ive been reading up on the javadoc and in config files, what i found so far is a value called "public java.lang.Integer PoisonDetectionLevel" what i first was exited about but it seems the value have to match in both client and server so it would require every player on the server to change that value so thats not the solution i was looking for. Also i found the Method getChefe() what kinda would serve our purposes well if we had an option to display it without the requirement of a mod. We are looking for a solution what optimaly dont require the players to do anything, anyone got any ideas is it possible at all?

    Brush with Death

    When i bougt the game like 3 weeks back i was trying to get my friends to play MP with me in the build where it works, they did for a brief time but ultimatly said "na i want to play the new stuff, we wait for b41 MP, ANYHOW ....cars worked for us in that build, i didnt experienced any issues but maybe that was just to short of a time to run into issues idk. What i can say at least is that i seen that kinda flipping around in other games before and to my knowledge all those kinda "bugs" happen when things end up occupieing the same place and the programm is trying to sort it out.... thats its solution for the problem just move the objects away from eachother, my guess is that this is happening when things are HERE for you and THERE for me then suddenly there is a zombie under my wheele without me physicaly properly running him over, programm just "beamed" it there, cars conclusion: need to correct position upwards. Could be something entirely different but IF this is the case here then it could be as simple as turning off collisions car->car car->player and car->questionable zombie, like if its "mine" and i run it over yes die but collision off for other cars with those zombies till they have a final resting point and maybe some tweaking how z´s agro cars cause car/player A having agro and losing it to player/car B probably resulting in zombie sync "masking" warp probably happen here as well right?^^ This is just a wild guess but one coming from a guy with an education as software developer who never worked the job commercialy and chose a literal lifetime of gaming instead with 38y old now, so maybe worth looking at To be fair its probably not gonna be exactly that but my guts telling me this is going the right direction and you may find some inspiration from that, so i hope this could help and we see MP soon, fingers crossed you find the issue before holiday periode, GL fixing and Peace OUT

Why?: Well knowing my friends i see some complications coming up with mp, the discussions coming up what we use for what ....plank with nails in it seems like a waste to me and a big base? na what for? lets use all the nails for trapmaking so we can save the yarn for fishing, that kinda deal ...and dont you dare waste dura. on the cars to kill zombies you nuthead XD Suggestion: Make fixed Stations(Factories) across the map where you can transform commonly availible ressources to nonrenewable ones like for example food to fuel/desinfectant in a biofuel installation or threat to yarn in a fabric factory or smelt metall items like broke weapons,metall scraps and jewelery into metall plates in a smelter conclusively use factories in other places to make that metall into nails scews etc.Each point could be its own Arena where if the Factory is running there is Zeds crawling out of the ventilation systems and maintainance hatches it also could require one or more ppl to operate the system while others fighting off zombies for example in the biofuel installation it could be loading foodmush from mushers into tanks while also reload the mushers with food and empty out the final product from the tanks output.It could also Require maintainance materials and fuel as a cost to run them but in my opinion the price for it all should be rather the jorney like load up the truck with food drive there run the maschiene fight off zombies and that all with your friends having a fun time rather then transform x to y for the cost of z formular ....have a fun time with your homies get awesome rewards at your awesome adventures thats kinda the base idea That being said ill take an x to y for z model as well just so i dont have to murder my friends for taking the last role of toilett paper after finding that house stuffed with it and thinking i never had to worrie about it again

I Agree with Cap. it is a kinda useless skill duo to the nature of the game what is:you get hit you get ded and the other way of getting injured being your own consequences of your actions (elbow a window,run in the forest ..stuff like that). So its basicly they better you get at the game they less (non) you get injured, what do i get for skilling it? in my opinion first aid should give bonis to things what dont involve you being injured like brew some drugs or hit critical parts of zombies bodies like the kneecaps to make em crawl or something like that another thing i was thinking about is getting some more craft options for the tailor and have a 100% bite and scratch protection in full gear, i mean its damn close anyways but as long as its not 100% im not gonna change playstyle to riskyer (get more injury/bruise in the process) ...one thing fore sure as it stands i would NOT recommence the doctors prof. as a starting option
