    Good job! I have a question regarding the lighting update. Will the light be similar as when you build custom wooden walls, it feels different and buggy, the shadow/lighting in custom made rooms are buggy. You can see through walls and shadows are much different, even the ambient. You can feel the wind inside the house you built but you can't feel it in already existing interiors. Will this lighting update cover this perhaps?
  6. This is my new topic regarding the shadow/lighting bugs. Previous topic: I'll go through them one by one. When I create "interior" or closed room I can see what and who is inside. I also see similar what it's inside another "custom room" I made inside an existing house: When I'm inside my custom area I built I can see outside even though I'm surrounded by walls and I can also see what and who is upstairs when I'm close to the bottom wall of a room: It's different when I enter world buildings, I can't see upper floor or anything else and that should be the same for player built structures:
  7. Thanks for the reply! It just feels and looks bad. I'm looking forward to a fix, it will allow much more freedom for destroying/building. It is one of the bigger gates to expand the game, like building anything or building anywhere
  8. I destroyed chickencoop and removed floor with crowbar, I even tried to pour gravel on that tile but it's so dark. Any way to fix this? when I'm "outside": when I'm "inside": but actually outside because I tear down roof and walls it behaves as I'm in interior but I broke it down
  9. Suggestion is pretty straight forward, to be able to resize text or icons on the new map. Some icons/text are just too big sometimes, I would like to write more things to my base or next to few checkpoints.
  10. Let me try to describe it in detail. Testcase: I start exercising in one room, friend enters the building, comes to me, he sees me doing exercise. He goes out, I go out and he comes back inside and still sees me doing an exercise.
  11. Experiencing the same issue. Me and my friend were doing exercises and if one stops for example, the other player will still see exercise animation even though that player stopped a while ago.

  13. Hi, I'm new on the forums. I've been stalking topics and trying to make myself contribute at some point so here is that day. I'm playing this game for more than a year along side with my friends so I would like to give my feedback. I talked it through with my friends and there is a lot of ideas so sorry if some of them are mentioned already, I tried to gather every idea into one topic so I don't have to open few of them. General pillow can be used to improve comfort in beds (or anywhere you want to lie down) blankets can be used to improve comfort and temperature when you lie down you can cram any kind of pants/jeans into boots if you have them (it will help to maintain them) being able to stick notes, papers, maps, reminders on notepanel that is sticked on the wall being able to write/draw on board (both markerboard/whiteboard and chalkboard) that is sticked on the wall special slots for clothing that is on the player (including watches, rings, necklaces, etc.) being able to ride a bike, could work as a training for stamina and strength and also as a way of transportation, some bikes would have baskets on their front so those can be used to store limited amount of stuff, they could also have a space on the back so you can tie backpack or some bag there add sleeping bags (and be able to connect them with hiking bags, hiking bags have belts where sleeping bags often go, the large hiking bag could attach also tent things on top while sleeping bags can be added on the bottom of the bag) being able to paint rocks/stone or tree trunks to mark areas (replace the "dig furrow" next to the road) being able to stack items on one another like bags, planks, logs, etc. being able to put smaller boxes under beds or inside beds (some royal beds have that irl) as inventory laundry cord to place between two blocks/walls/pillars for clothing to dry faster and maintain condition being able to build roofs, I mean real roofs with angle (wooden and metal for now but I guess you can add later the roofing tile bricks) better weights values (hoodie is 1.0 as is medical mask or sweat band so it's not realistic) basements (I know it's mentioned but here's hoping, could be used for storage with no way out) attics (with ladders which brings new animation of climbing with ladders) being able to dig a trench or moat being able to play a (acoustic) guitar (to lift the mood up), also there could be new items with musical notes from which where you could learn to play new melodies add key ring somewhere to be found because I can't find any more information about the dirt when we want to grow plants Books add empty books so we can fill in our stories and roleplay with it (I know we have notebooks and journals but books would be cool also) idea that all books have some name and read/unread status remove the despawn of the books after reading so the others in multiplayer can read it too or we can use it as a fuel for fire add collector achievement like if you have 50 books at one place, some of us are collecting things for fun different books effect different moodles like kid literature gives more happiness and less boredom reduction while crime novels are cool for boredom reduction but not the best for happiness if few months or years are passed we can read again same books with lesser effect than before, if we read it too often we get bored the cooking book should contain some recipes, its apsurd to read few books of cooking and not to know any recipe, what do you learn from those books then? the foraging book should contain at least some information about what basic herbs are and are they poisonous or not new books/magazines for weapons like operating, reloading, cleaning, repairing, etc. (can be one book or few magazines or something), and for the future updates if bows implemented a magazines on how to make a bow (or different kind of bow) Skills separated skills for rifles and pistols if I'm cooking skill level 5 for example and if I haven't read the cooking for beginners then reading it after those 5 levels should mean at least something, you can learn at least some small things from those books if you're slow reader, reading more often will improve your reading speed, same goes if you don't read too much, you will start getting slower with it reading glasses with diopter (different values that you must look for) could help with short sighted trait Plants and trees fruits trees (apple, plum, pear, etc.) also hazelnuts and walnuts those kind of trees need to be taken care (pruning, fertilising, taking care of the pests, etc.) Horses tamed and wild horses naming horses different kinds of horses (horses for work, speed, war, ...) with different colors saddlebags as inventory (made from different materials and different colors) saddles (made from different materials and different colors) lead/rope extra decoration for horse like colored sheets so it helps horses during winter barns could have actual function cleaning horses with brush giving horse a haircut for both tails and mane horses would have separated "skills" too, like strength or stamina hay drying to be able to feed horses in winter -> add haybale until you learn about horses (reading books, magazines and doing practical stuff with them) horses would make sounds depending if they are cold, hungry or agitated, after reaching specific skill you would see horse moodles in UI player would have a new skill like bonding with a horse and also horsemanship achievement for taming a horse or having bonding level to max horses could knock down few zeds if rushed in, they could also jump over fences and buckle you off Dogs Now I know the dogs are mentioned before but here is just my quick feedback about them. naming dogs different kind of dogs with different colors bonding skill with a dog hunting skill with a dog dogs would bark if they sense/smell/hear unwanted visitors (both undead and alive) dogs could be used to track wild animals when you're hunting (for the future updates) being able to pet them (also for cats, I would like to see my cat laying on a shelf or sofa, sleeping and purring) also achievements for taming a dog, or giving them a dog biscuit Other animals cows for milking (and meat), because sometime this game is: cabbage - hordes kind of simulation, let us do more and depend on more, from milk we could get cheese for us and for trapping and more goats, sheeps (wool), pigs, chickens (eggs) bears, wolves, cougars, deers, wild boars animal hides (both wild and domestic), it would be nice to make fur coat different colors for each and probably different species
