Yeah, the strange thing it happened on a save that I had that was atleast a few weeks in. So it was not a fresh start that enabled it, it just happened after they dropped the MP version, and I did not update to it. I have now tried that as well and it did not work. So I have no idea to what does it, since a fresh reinstall should have fixed the problem. Well, I guess I will have to wait for the stable version again. xD

Example: I have a water bottle on me, it is filled with water, but i can't drink from it. Do not get the option. I can drop it, pour it out and all that, but not drink from it. If it is a pop, i can drink, soda bottle, can drink, bleach i can drink. The only thing bugged is water containers, ex mugs with water etc. i can drink from sinks and toilets and static items in the world. I have reinstalled the game multiple times and also deleted the zomboid folder in C:/username folder and done a complete fresh reinstall, but that does not work. No mods enabled, turned off the auto drink option. This bug or whatever it is showed up after the MP version dropped and I have tried to fix it since, but I am stumped. If you need anything from me, files or the likes, please specify where to find them.

As soon as it happens again, I will do that. However, seems to be fixed after a fresh reinstall. If the problem occurs again, I will send the logs.

So, the game works fine the first time around. Can roam around and do whatever as usual. The problem comes when you get into the game after a break and load the world up again. Either your character and some entities, chairs and beds etc, in the world is invisible, even in the stats menu that at this moment also goes blank. No stats or anything of the sorts. So I tried a few things, disabling mods and checking the integrity of game files, but it does not fix the problem. Starting a new game when this has occured also disables you from starting a new game as a character of the last played chosen sex (female, male). So no clue what to do here.
