My idea is to add something similar to miband, just under a different name like "mibando". It would work the same as a digital clock, but it would also show the pulse and body temperature, if the pulse exceeded a certain number then you would have to smoke a cigarette or take tranquillizers if our character is a smoker, if not, the idea is purely cosmetic and adds just another type of watch.
