Here's what I thought of.

Would be interesting. Like you can slow time if a zombie breaks through the window and actually plan how you're gonna deal with it without pausing the game, while still managing to finish thinking before it stands up and starts moving at you. Then you would be able to deal with a whole lot more surprises.

with the Build 41 superb survivors mod, you can have NPC survivors who will run away or attack zombies, and act almost like a player. Therefore if you could control your zombie while playing that mod you can basically be a smart guy controlling a dumb zombie without anyone real getting peeved.
