    You keep talking about water collection container being outside for many days, weeks or moths. How about this: It starts raining, I take clean pot from home and put it in the rain for 1 or 2 hours until it gets full. Then bring it back inside for use.

    Isnt it strange how all animals can drink from rivers, ponds, etc, except only humans cant. Well, we can, but risk getting sick. Guess our stomach acid is too weak.

Taking tainted water from river into the bucked and then drinking from the bucked makes character sick for a few hours and lose some health.

    From what i've heard, if rain water directly enters clean container, it should be drinkable.
  5. Game would look more like "Sims" with kids and less like zombie apocalypse.
  6. Personally i am also very strict on mods. Many mods are poor quality and ruin the original feel of the game, make it unbalanced.
  7. If server was set to longer growth time (i think there is such option), then vegetables would stay longer in their "ready to harvest" state. By default in game cabbages take 2 weeks to grow, realistically it takes about 3 months.
  8. Btw, developers, please increase the lifespan of light bulbs. Constantly replacing burnt light bulbs every couple of days is a bit too much.
  9. How about these lights: I havent tested whether they work or not, but if they do, they look pretty decent for outdoor lighting.

  11. I remember seeing developer post that it is known issue in multiplayer, sit back and relax until it gets fixed.
  12. Not as simple as it might seem. All 3D apparel models would have to be adjusted to different size zombie/character models.

  14. An ability for players to paint various lines (and maybe symbols) on the ground like this one: Limited to solid surfaces (non-solid surface - sand, dirt, grass, etc.). Marry already existing painting system with already existing lines on ground.
  15. Yeah, i ran into this too. When i was almost ready to throw molotov i equipped it and lighter in other hand. Waited just a little more for better moment to throw molotov and... nothing, because lighter was gone, last lighter (it was day time so didnt notice that it was on). Next time i've decided to use matches instead, just in case to avoid any issues and apparently matched dont work with molotov. Btw, throw action is a bit weird. Initially molotov starts fast, but when its about to hit ground it slows down and and hangs there for a bit, not exploding. It would make sense for explosives, but molotov should shatter immediately it touches the ground, not sit there, waiting.

    2022 and Beyond

    I've been talking with a friend that PZ becomes quite easy once get the hang of how to play it (i mean on original settings intended by developers). There are two main ways game provides difficulty to you - quantity of zombies and scarcity of resources. Now with NPCs there might be another source of difficulty. Imagine that some NPCs are hostile or formed gangs of bandits, who can be smarter than zombies, using various weapons and tactics. This might be very interesting and good choice by developers on prioritizing this. Congrats. edit: Notice in the video when those 3 armed survivors are walking around the corner of the building, they step back a bit and kite around to looks whats behind at a safer distance? If thats what NPCs will be capable of, i am impressed.
  17. A renewable source of wax for candles might be very useful once all gas stations are empty (if it will be possible to place lit candles on surfaces)
  18. I wonder, would pacifist really care about zombies? blind - when you start the game, screen is black (just joking :))

So here are my thoughts, think how many different phobias are out there (maybe hundreds, maybe thousands, dont know), what if all those people with all those different phobias started demanding game developers and movie makers to change their products based on their personal fears? I am afraid of spiders - remove them, i am afraid of heights - remove scenes with high locations, fear of lightning - remove it, fear of tight spaces - remove it and so on. What the end product would look like? All distorted and far from original vision? In reality it doesnt seem to be a common practice for businesses to change their products based on phobias people might have. 30% of people are afraid of spiders and yet many popular rpgs and mmos have spiders. Its just too many different phobias, why a game or movie should be adjusted to one but not the others? People might call it discrimination. Think its too much of a hassle for game developers to do it. They stick to their original vision of their product and if someone cant handle it, its their problem to work it out. edit: also, think that physical incapabilities like color blindness and phobias arent the same. You cant change your eyes, there is no cure yet, but you can work on your fears, make them less overwhelming with some (or a lot) effort. Its a way of thinking. edit #2: For example, many years ago, when i was child, i was afraid of blood. When doctor took blood from me, i fainted (happened more than once). I got over it on my own, now it doesnt bother me as much, nothing bad happens. You can overcome your fears, its a fact. Dont be fucking lazy and work on yourself. Imagine how hard it is when you even lose consciousness in the sight of something and then overcoming it. Fear of vomiting seems like a joke in comparison, no offense.
  20. This is the first time i am hearing of such phobia. Out of curiosity i looked it up on the internet and its nowhere near the most common phobias.
  21. Might be a thing in the late game, but doesnt feel very useful in early to mid game as you can find sugar and honey in many places when looting.
  22. There could be server setting - skill book read speed multiplier. Especially useful for larger servers, where it is unlikely that every player will hit fast forward at the same time.
  23. Try pressing "spacebar" to make push with hands, it should start working (happened to me). Also, if you are in someones safehouse and not member of that safehouse you cant interact with items there.
  24. Quality of life improvement for those, who have both hands occupied or using two handed weapon. Sorry if i am repeating someone, went through 7 pages of search and didnt find anything.
  25. As you can see in screenshot, compared to other gun modifications, it doesnt say what it does. No information on internet as well. As we are on the topic, have you considered making more detailed descriptions? Showing numbers how much items give of something, to compare which one is better. People anyway go to the internet to look up that information, why not saving some time and showing detailed information in game? Edit: I would assume it is source of regular light, but it doesnt work. When i hit "F" instead of activating light on a gun, character took flashlight out of the bag.
