  5. I'm glad you're continuing your updates at such a (crazy) pace. I have two questions and I will be happy if someone answers them. - The engine start is still not audible. Can you remove this? No, it's not a modification! I still can't hear the engine even in "clean play" without modifications. - Will we see a change in vehicle sounds? The delivery with the sound of a "gas turbine", the "double" sound of the engine and the sound of the engine without bass is not the best thing you have created so far. It is clear to me that it is not easy and you have other priorities and problems, but with the disease of sound, I cannot enjoy this otherwise insurmountable game and it causes me a headache. The advice of a certain player "play as deaf" made me quite sad. I will enjoy it a lot in 2-3 years. I want to ENJOY this game with all the comforts it has provided so far. To sum it up, the sound in the game lacks bass. Bass, after which it resonates in your head and does not sound like the scream of a frightened girl (I apologize to the girls). And I will add to the question above, will the towing of vehicles be corrected? It's really "insanely" dysfunctional. Many modified vehicles came into play, and their use is more or less paralyzed by towing problems, especially in the field. Thank you for your efforts to create an even better game.   6. Friends, applause. The update is (how to say it?) good enough. Just 3 comments: - Silent start of the vehicle engine - the sound of the engine seems "doubled" to me - The sound of a zombie hitting the door "buch- - -BUUCH. It reminds me of picking up coal with a shovel and throwing it into the cellar. It's just my subjective impression, so I'm not expecting a quick fix. And thank you for improving vehicle use and towing. (Does the engine speed really have to be so high for a gear change?) Thanks.

  8. Maybe it will help you, in users /.../ Zomboid is "sounds.txt (probably a remnant of detailed sound settings), try deleting it. I also had this problem, deleting helped.
  9. The biggest problem, total loss of power. With an SUV, I can't tow a trailer with 60 units. In the terrain, even an empty vehicle is stationary! All those mods vehicles that the moders have been working on for many hours (for which I admire them) are suddenly useless. I don't even want to talk about the non-existent sound of starting the engine, the silence when shifting gears, or the unnecessary turning of the engine to speed when shifting (it tears my ears). And why do all vehicles sound like in "My Summer Car"? I didn't know that in 1993, the rally was so popular in the United States. Interestingly.
  10. Dear developers, what you have done with vehicles is a mockery of the moders community. So many hours spent on mods development and in an instant, everything is destroyed because the vehicles are laughable and useless. Towing vehicles is unnecessary, why not cancel it right away. SUVs with a loaded suitcase are immobile in the field. Yes, I'm sure someone will suggest I don't use it. But why are moders trying for something? To make use of it. I only have one question, actually three. Why are you destroying something that works perfectly? Will we see a fix in the near future to what worked and the update stopped working? Or will we wait 14 days (or longer) for the next update? Yes, I'm still complaining about something. I just hate the style of "Every fix and update worsens the current state". Isn't there control over what you spend on updates? If I get an answer, I will be very happy.
  11. After the update, the game does not respond to the sliders in the sound settings. Even after complete mute, the sound level is the same. I updated my sound card driver.

  13. Put two weapons together to renovate one. It is practically possible, but it is unrealistic. It would be more realistic to take a toothbrush, a sponge, a rag and some fuel and clean the gun. There are cleaning kits for weapons (for mods) in the game, but nothing for vanilla. Think of it as a design for a more realistic way of repairing, or a design for a creator mods.
