It has been a long time since I started playing that game and even know I am really excited for the future animals and stuff comming, one thing that always tickled me was the poor carpentry tab we have today and since the beginning, I mean... YOU STILL CAN'T BUILD ROOFS AAArH !
my idea would be that the carpentry tab would be entirely revisited and become a tab on his own just like the crafting tab and not just something you need to enter by right clicking with a hammer in your inventory. new building assets, more furnitures to embelish your house with and why not even a gravity system for constructions ( not a super complex one throught, but one so to prevent players to build massive networks of flying floors).
I know the crafting and construction systems are for now kinda lay aside since bigger projects like multiplayer, new animations and now animals npcs take most of your time but I think that when you'll have time to do some less important work, it would be really cool that you guys look onto this.
