I am having the same issue with zoom levels of 250% (shown below), 225%, and 175%. All the other zoom levels work good, although I still get blur transitioning from 150% to 200% with 175% disabled. My specs are Ryzen 1500x, 16gb ram, GTX 980 and the game is installed on a ssd. Here is how the game looks on the working zooms
