When reloading any weapon, if you move the magazine being loaded from your inventory to the ground/storage, it will continue to load the gun whilst also placing the magazine in the selected storage, duplicating the magazine along with it's bullet contents. Since I discovered this bug the previous night, I've not been able to recreate the situation that led to it happening.
