If my healthbar decreased, i've had a heart sound i think

Nope. I just died out of nothing i think. I don't got scratched or bitten,don't eat rotten food or drinking tainted water. Just peacefully died while reading a book for unknown reasons. I had laceration on neck few days ago, but it cured. Maybe in IWBUMS 24 days is a limit? 😕

I survived 23 days and 17 hours, reading book. I just sit on ground and reading. And somehow I died. What happened?
