Compared to the complexity of other systems, upcoming and implemented, I've felt the current medical system is not as indepth as it could be. This proposed system I feel, even if half implemented, would improve it. If only because it'd make Medical professions and/or medical traits a stronger pick if it came with the ability to diagnose illnesses.

You can actually sorta do this to a degree. If you 'shove' a door it'll generate enough noise to likely attract any, or most, zombies inside a building. Thus I find it a good idea to shove a door to check if there are any zombies behind a door.

I think it'd be easier if there were alternative ways to clean clothing without needing soap. Perhaps you can grab a bucket and 'interact' with it with clothing for a lengthy cleaning animation, if you use soap the process would be near instantaneous to encourage finding it, but if you don't have soap you can still clean your clothing and yourself. This is more important when the water runs out, since even with electricity there's no way to get a washer working with no running water.
