    Do you have any plans to finally deprecate Hot and Cold Cuppas? Hot Drinks have fully supplanted cuppas at this point.
     
    Cuppas don't utilize the temperature system properly,  and they have a tiny fraction of the caffeine that was in its ingredients. 
     
    At this point they exist only as a pitfall for less experienced players.

    I just think that if you were making a list of ways to make a tshirt dirty, the first item on that list would be "leave it on a shambling, diseased, rotting corpse for several days or weeks".
     
    There's no amount of dirt, grease, grime, sweat, vomit, or shit you could possibly cake onto my clothes that would make them less desirable to wear than letting a zombie wear them for even a minute.

    this is from memory so the names of some options might be slightly different ("properties" might be "settings", etc.)
     
    1. go to your games library
    2. right click on Project Zomboid
    3. click properties
      -- properties window appears ---
    4. click on "betas" tab
    5. select the "IWBUMS" option from the version dropdown menu
     -- steam will then download and re-install the new version of the game --
    7. start the game as you normally would

    You need to use a lua script. Luckily DarkSlayerEX already made one.

    Basically you require his mod which gives you a new syntax that is really easy to use.

    A pair of socks weighs 1 kg, and they still take up 0.3 kg of bulk once they're on your feet? A bullet weighs almost as much as a box of 24 bullets? A notebook with 10 pages weighs five times as much as a journal with 20 pages?
     
    There's just a lot of super unbalanced or completely incorrect weights that are pretty annoying to deal with. I never wear t-shirts or socks because they cost a ton of weight, and imho that's just not a choice that the player should ever be compelled to make. RP shouldn't be the only reason I give my character comfy socks.
     
    I might just have to make this one myself, but it seems odd that no one else has made it.

    A huge portion of the game is spent on organization and looting; there are a few changes that would make that process much more pleasant. These are not quite as fun or exciting as new features, but I believe these would provide a huge boost to the player's experience with (relatively) little work.
     
    Namely:
    More sorting categories to break up the huge amount of useful items whose category is "Item" Split "literature" into: "learning" (skill books/mags), "literature" (newspapers, magazines, etc.) , and "logs" (notebooks, diaries, sheets of paper) Rename the skill books so that they automatically sort by Textbook/Magazine > Skill Type > XP level  
    Perhaps harder to implement:
    Ability to rename all objects. This would be quite useful for organizing equipment, tools, and clothing, as well as provide more immersion for things like dolls or favorite pens. It would even help for food if you needed to remind yourself which head of lettuce has been sitting out longer Change "annotated map" objects to include the town's name, i.e. "Rosewood Map - Annotated" Be able to "combine" many more multiple-use items (like how you can take two 50% alcohol wipes and make one 100% alcohol wipes). It'd be great for non-perishable foods, gasoline, etc.

    But in real life those things do, in fact, have negligible quantities of macro nutrients. Salt, especially. Salt has no caloric content whatsoever, it is a tiny two-atom molecule, Sodium Chloride, and the chemical bond between those atoms is not one that our bodies can break down for energy.

    But I agree, it is weird how many different systems there are for handling quantities. We have one system for drainable items, one for edible items, and another for finite but multi-use items, like chipped stones. There may be more, too that I'm not aware of or am forgetting.

    Oh I see now. I thought you were saying that it was rounding to two digits, but that the numbers it was getting were inconsistent.

    I think I can help clarify
     
    The very beginning of the animation dramatically slows you down for a few frames. It's definitely long enough to get you killed if you get surprised, and is unskippable. It should have the same walk speed as normal walking, but right now it has the same walk speed as aiming. Also it should end instantaneously if the player starts running, like all the other inventory actions like smoking, unpacking, or eating.
     
    Pretty sure this also happens when your character pumps a shotgun after reloading

    At the very least it would be nice to be able to use showers at all, even if it was functionally identical to using a bathtub, sink, or toilet (ew).
     
    (sidenote: I like to assume that the character is using only the water that's in the tank, not the bowl. But I'll never quite know for sure.)

    - Increased dirt on character.

    FIXES
     
    - Fixed some recipes not being able to use the new garden saw.
    - Fixed exceptions due to missing eye-shadow textures.
    - Fixed the makeup ui not working with different-sized fonts.
    - Fixed the makeup ui not working with a controller.
    - Fixed the Lua debugger Errors ui not showing exceptions in one case.
    - Fixed occasional Lua error when right-clicking on windows.
    - Fixed odd position of bags on the ground when dropped from hands.
    - Fixed Blooo (again again again) by making the default DisplayName for items is now the Module.Type of that item, making it easier to debug.
    - Fixed the "leg kick" when performing some timed actions (eating, smoking, etc).

    I try to make multi-lingual support a priority in my mods, and the other day I was making wordless instructional images for my mod and I came across a problem.
    Specifically that there is no in-game graphic for the concept of "Trait". As you'll see in the attached image, the way I chose to describe the new locksmith trait was with a picture of the trait's icon and a -3. The presence of the -3 was the best way I could think of to make it clear that this was a trait.
     
    I thought more about this and realized that a TON of information is communicated to the player through text alone. The new radial menus seem to address this in part, but I'd like to see more.
     
    Opportunities for Improvement
    - Crafting Menu Categories ("Survivalist", "Carpentry", "Cooking", etc.)
    - Character Gen ("Trait", "Profession", "Perk", "Skill", etc.)
    - Context Menu categories ("Grab", "Sit on ground", etc.)

    Articles of clothing that can come in multiple colors have an oddly narrow palette to choose from. There's no red, just shades of maroon and pink that never converge on red. There's no blue, just shades of teal and purple. There's no pure white or bright yellow. Why can't we have saturated colors?

    Is it possible for modders to make our own vehicle stories? If not, do you plan on making that available in the future?
