Little late in reply, but you could try increasing the CarDamageOnImpact seting to high. That way the car takes more damage when hitting zombies.

Workshop mods have the mod ID and a workshop ID to add to the servertest.ini, But with a workshop collection you are only given an ID. Would just adding the mod ID and leaving the workshop ID blank work.? (I am thinking no, but wanted to ask) Thanks in advance.
