In my case I've solved the micro stuttering problem by disabling the antivirus when I play (what you already tried) but you can also try adding the %UserProfile%\Zomboid folder to the exceptions list and see if that helps. I still have a framedrop when driving in the rain though.

Progress was lost again. This time I was outside of my car. It was raining and I was having a framerate drop during the rain which made it difficult to drive. This framerate drop does not happens every time it rains. I exited to main menu and then when I pressed Continue I was standing on my spawning point, no gear and no progress. console.txt logs.zip

1060: The Filter All button in the crafting UI should bring up all craftable recipes at the top of the list (those that you already have the materials for), even if you don't type anything in the text box.

I was trying to read a book while I was in the car, and then the dashboard disappeared. I wasn't able to cancel any action nor getting out of the car so I decided to quit to the main menu. After that I pressed Continue and all my progress was lost, I was left in the house I originally spawned with none of the gear I scavenged (I only played around an hour).
