Steps to repeat: 1) get any weapon ( it works even with guns with no ammo! ) 2) stand next to broken window 3) attack video: n.b. found this while checking how guns affect cars health. Was shooting around having x1000 exp multiplier. If i am not mistaken gun with no ammo was giving points for "blade" weapons
