  1. She doesn't have Rouge the Bat sized tits too. Double points.
  2. Also in regards to loot vanishing, I once trekked from a player house in Mald to the logging factory, dodging zombies and making sure I had food. The place was practically empty apart from extremely sparse supplies. If that is how it will feel two months down the line in PZ, I don't want it. It felt horrible, frustrating and a waste of my time since there wasn't an assortment of at least other goods I can use. This is double for the lot of us that play modded PZ, since I NEED THE AUGER DAMMIT
  3. As long as there is a way to disable loot vanishing. If I gotta go through four more freakin' warehouses for another freakin' sledgehammer I'll kill someone.
  4. Didn't one of the Devs have like 5 different animal mascots that eventually turned into Spiffo? You can see them on the PAWS movie poster. Have all of them. I want collectable suits!
  5. I love how people complain about the content, see constant weekly updates of the game then continue to complain. Also cars were just released. How is that for content updates?
  6. How about the underused Metalworking skill? Carpentry has a whole slew of uses and levels up. I have to jack up the loot to common in order to find enough sheets of metal and such to justify actually using it. Now if we had Metalworking or changing it to "Engineering" or "Mechanic" in order to have metal barricading, car mechanics and hopefully car mods (Such as the Bus in Dawn of the Dead Remake or in Left 4 Dead). These are cars from 1993, they don't nearly have the computerized components as modern cars do. Also, the cars are too damn loud. At this point I think the actual horn makes less noise. Revving the car to higher speeds should impact sound more than "It is a car"
  7. I have mentioned this idea in various threads, but I want to make my own thread since it would be my idea with more thought put into it. My favourite things in video games is the little details, the little lore or environmental bits that bring in a larger picture. The "flavour" as you will, with English spelling. The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series are my current love for this. The games have these little pieces, a note here, a skeleton there, a body placed with an item over there, a Terminal and a few entries perhaps. They as a piece may not be much, but combined with other pieces makes more of a whole story. Two skeletons are over a Psycho and several other skeletons are about, did they all take a hit of Psycho and started killing each other? Is it a raider group tangling with a few survivors? Maybe a terminal shows how this is a drug den with a fight club and everyone died by fighting. I see an adventurer's corpse with a note on it about a monster in a cave, in front of the cave. I WANT TO NOW GO IN THIS CAVE. Not to mention the various random encounters. It is those things (among others but this related to the thread) that I stumble upon that bring me into the world again and again. Random bits that can be randomized and that entertain or make stories. Now we have four separate "flavour" systems in Project Zomboid. Dead Body Scene - These are bodies that have booze bottles, a locked door and a body with weaponry, bodies covered in bleach bottles etc. Survivors that have died in one way or another. Meta Events - Gunshots, screams, dogs barking etc. They serve to move hordes. Annotated maps - Maps with notes on the that lead to various house modifiers, hordes, supplies etc. House Modifiers - Houses that are loaded up with food, have construction materials in crates, have been burnt to the ground, or even having a "theme" it seems since I have found places with electronics or farming equipment in cupboards. What would be cool is that these Flavour events eventually merge and evolve to have a system that will use One, Two, Three or all Four of the events to make a unique scenario. For the following suggestions "Annotated Maps" section can be also filled with NOTES, a notepad that also has pre-written notes written on them. My Two-In-The-Morning ideas have been (apart from only one event playing): (2) The current system we sometimes do get, a map with a note on it and a house that has supplies. However instead of being at spawn, how about in cells that haven't been accessed in a while and THEN getting supplies in when a survivor has a map? Like he traveled to there and boarded it all up since the last time you were there and now it has supplies. It bring players to explore and discover places they have been previously and encourages more risks. (Annotated maps and a house modifier) (3) Hearing a gunshot in the distance, following it or stumbling across a boarded up house, with a survivor in it that has a pistol loaded and dead on the floor that has a suicide note. (Dead body scene, meta event, house modifier) (2) Hearing a distant explosion and coming across a part of a destroyed house. (Meta event, house modifier) (3) Hearing screams, possibly a gunshot as well, and coming across a dead body and a few dead zombies as well. The dead body has a map with a note on it that simply says "This area is clear, possibly make a stronghold here" (Meta event, dead body scene, annotated map) (All) Hearing gunshots and a scream, coming across a dead body with a shotgun and dead zombies, the dead body has a map to his stronghold but has a skull on top of the "house" symbol, going to the partially boarded up and damaged house finds it completely infested but filled with good loot. There is a dead body on the top floor that has a note that simply says. "They will be in soon. Chris was able to get out, I chickened out and locked myself up here. They surrounded the house. All I hear is the groaning and moaning and groaning and moaning and groaning and moa-" (2 x Dead Body scene, Meta Event, Annotated map, House Modifier) Tell me your ideas! This was the game is different on every try and these event can spice up your playthrough!
  8. I have encountered Various gunshots Male, long, and drawn out screaming (though I have found dead bodies here and there so maybe they spawn in?) Same but female Dogs barking (which always scares the shit out of me) Aaaannnddd I can't think of anything else. Explosions would be nice. In a thread that had people wanting more dead survivors (such as those seen already with bleach or booze bottles) I suggested a few events that would combine the two, meta events and staged scenarios. My suggestion was an explosion in the distance with a dead boy, burnt ground and a note that says "For the last time Kevin, flip the switch, pull the pin then throw it, don't pull the pin first!" or something along the lines of that.
  9. If you have "nutrition" on, you will gain or lose weight based on positive or negative calorie counts. I stick it near 80, which is default if you have nutrition off.
  10. When they have the new animations out I highly agree with you. Even without a pro/con!
  11. I will be on the outskirts, mostly near the farms. Nice, wide open areas for building and way less zombies than my closer-to-city houses. Hopefully the trunk space will be nice and large. You'd be surprised what you can fit inside a basic Honda Civic, let alone the space an Ambulance can have. Be really good for Hydrocraft. Possibly do the Walking Dead Horde thing outside of Alexandria and lure massive hordes outside the city, turn around in a wide circle and get back to the town.
  12. This seems to be Necro'd but whatevs Mushroom Jazz. I have never met another person who has ever heard of it, apart from one guy in college who smoked a ton of weed, invited me over and we had too many pizzas. It is mustly Jaz and hip hop, with some very well done beats and low tempo bass beats with minor raps. Mushroom Jazz 5 is my favorite
  13. Technically Whose Line is It Anyways is a game show. Just that everything is made up and the points don't matter. However Jeopardy! is my favourite one to see since I get to remember all sorts of useless information and I can learn something. What holiday or event would you like to participate in another country? Such as Day of The Dead in Mexico or Oktoberfest in Germany.
  14. Jesus, that must be the reason why I suddenly started getting a bajillion spiders. Any way we can get a "Hydrocraft Foraging" button? Or some way to disable in a menu in game for what we really want in the categories? Maybe requiring the "Trees" "Mushrooms" "Insect" or what have you guides in our inventory to get some of the HC items. I need to go through houses to get red and grey clay because my inventory is now filled with 50 types of insects regardless of what box is chosen and now I rarely get vanilla berries.
  15. I would like to see more BBQ things as well, most notably skewers. You can put all sorts of veggies and meats on skewers and they could take a tiny portion of the "nutrition" value of a food item. So you can make quite a few skewers from a variety of foods. "Upgrading" a campfire to be a "Makeshift BBQ" would be a neat thing too. I know we can cook on a campfire but adding things like a grill and adding stones to make a more efficient campfire would be great. Maybe lessen times before "burnt" status and maybe extend fuel times since it would be more permanent.
  16. See this is why I like exploring in Bethesda games. In both The Elder Scrolls and Fallout you come across skeletons and bodies with a scene placed. Sometimes it is a reference to something but it also (mostly) adds story to empty areas. Coming across a skeleton holding another skeleton's neck or a body surrounded by drugs always paints a scene that you can make a story from. Even with 500 hours plugged away I'll find some skeleman somewhere with his head in an oven and holding a lighter that I missed somehow and go "Huh! That is neat!" We do have some form of "survivor stories" that are present in the game. Annoted maps do this very well, with "She was last seen here, no gun" and "Stocked up, meet me here at Mom's" are fantastic little lore pieces to have. We have "survivor houses" that are boarded up and have bodies on the floor. We also have the "scenes" like the bodies surrounded by bleach or booze (I love the booze ones, free water bottles and disinfected bandages!) We can have more though and starting off we could have notes. We read notes on the bodies that open a little window. All names randomized. "They came for Sarah. I fought them off as best as I could. I hope she is safe." Body with weapon (used) with four dead zeds surrounding the body. "I can't do it anymore. They took Chris. They took Carla. They bit Matt last night and he begged me to kill him. I can't do this. Sorry Mom. May God have mercy on my soul." Body with bleach/gun "They said life would get better. You just take it a day at a time. Your world will be rebuilt. I could beat my addiction. Then the zombies came and I have no life to live for. Might as well go out the only way I know how." Body with booze. "Red cord to timer. Timer not set yet. Blue wire will go to A. B will be tied to timer. Bob, for the tenth time remember that timer is in seconds, not minutes." Body with burn marks on the ground. Dead zombies. Possibly have meta game "explosion" event heard. After a bit we have things like people being hung. Maybe dismembered corpses if they add that mechanic into the game. People lying in beds with pills in their hands (ala 28 days later).
  17. So I am 99% sure I read somewhere about a character trait or type in the game eventually being a nerd or movie buff and would quote movie lines. I got to thinking that it was a pretty neat idea, it makes players feel more customized and less cookie cutter of a meat-sack that is waiting to die. We already have things in game such as pressing "Q" and from what I see, hunting (I have a mod, might be it) and reading books that are too advanced. Oh and before I go on to this suggestion, this is purely aesthetic and non-game changing in terms of mechanics. However it definitely adds flavor to the game and I would love it. Also a dedicated turn off button in the options since it is aesthetic, and a cooldown on lines. Some random little thing that doesn't actually do much for your character, but makes them unique. As with the suggestion of a "movie buff" that can comment things like "Wow, this reminds me of those old Romero movies" and the like, we can have others and maybe that can be replacing "Unemployed" with "Movie Lover" "Optimistic" "Pessimist" "Fashion Lover" Maybe like Dragon Age or Saint's Row where you can choose a "personality type" or "interest" that has the player say things randomly. NOW I DO NOT mean anything that would upset the balance of the game. Maybe it is italicized or something for the player thinking it. Maybe a player would say something while he is already being attacked by zombies but it doesn't attract zombies. For example, saying "Come on come on..." while already having a horde on his butt. It wouldn't attract zombies (he already is hunted) and he might mutter it. It could also give some players more clues who are new to the game. "I think I lost them" when the player is being hunted by only one or two zombies since they will lose the player through trees. "Still bleeding, have to do first aid", and this doesn't replace the bleeding moodle, but would encourage players to look for the moodle, in case they forgot (I have confused moodles by not looking correctly). "It is getting really hot out." for heat and "I am freezing!" for cold. Plus you know... toss these randomly on NPCs when they come out... So you have the following options, which can be spoken (text line) or thoughts (italicized): - Generic "Man I hate these zeds!" "I think I hear growling..." [Obvious zombie nearby] "Oh no they heard that..." [Window Smash] "Please don't be infected, please don't be infected" [Bite/Scratch] "Hello?" [sneak Q] "Come get me!" [Weapon ready, Q] - Movie buff "I think I saw this in a movie once." [General] "What we've got here is failure to communicate." [NPC Interaction] "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!" [Weapon ready, Q], "Game over man! Game over!" [Bitten/Scratched] "Queue up the violins and showers..." [Equip kitchen knife, ready weapon] - Optimist "I think I gave them the slip." [Low Zombie Count Hunting] "Hopefully some food in here." [Getting into a house] "Tomorrow is another day!" [Sleep] "I'll do even better next time!" [Level up] - Pessimist "Five bucks says I run into a horde soon" [Low Zombie Count Hunting] "Just my luck..." [Zombies attacking] "Honestly, best outcome possible" [Drink Bleach] "Sure, generator will totally not make too much noise." [Starting up generator] "Oh great, canned food." [Canned food > 3] "F*ck I am so dead..." [Scratch, Bite] - Tough Guy "You think you scare me?" [Low panic, Weapon ready Q], "Let's smash some heads" [Equip 2 handed weapon, blunt] "Let's give Ivan a run for his money" [Equip Spear weapon], "Not going down like this" [Low health] - Boris, the Russian Lumberjack (fun while I think, replace Boris with PLAYERNAME) "Come at me! Fall before Russia!" [Weapon out, Q] "Who there? Friend of Boris?" [sneak Q] "Boris would like to... axe you question." [NPC Interaction] "Russia may fall, Boris may fall, but the dream lives on brothers!" [Infected, dying] "Ah! And Mother said Boris couldn't learn new things!" [Level up!] "Timber!" [Tree cut] Of course, modding would open this up too, even if a basic framework was added (obviously late) in development.
  18. I've waited on this game for five years. Every once in a while I would check back and it is only the advancement of the Workshop that I have been able to get a ton of hours into the game. Then I'll drop this one after a while (my Twitch stream loves it ATM), come back to it next year, see what's up then continue. Same thing I do for Minecraft as well.
