  1. version 41.50, no mods. waters still on, all other sinks work. So one by one the sinks in my safe house have quit working. usually when i am washing clothes or rags, but just now it stopped after a drink. None of the wash or fill show up, and its is impossible to fix. i tried to remove it and reinstall and plumb it with no luck. I am on my last sink in a bathroom and its breaking on drink. i have a save right before this drink, and it happens every time i reload and try again. edit maybe the waters off but i am using up reserves in my sink? pretty sure this is the case
  2. this is why most games let you install the server anonymously. so dumb PZ makes you login. it s not like they support the server install, so why do i gotta use my paid account to run it? I got on here to tell anyone that this is way out of date on the PZ serverside... projectzomboid-dedi-server.sh does not exist anymore. it changed names. there is no documentation from this vapor company with this information. I figured out how to get it to run, but i am not going to write it up, because i cant get it to be "steam-enabled" which makes it useless to me, and most of you. the way you start the server now, i THINK, is tho =find and run server_start.sh but it doesnt steam enable it like the above file is supposed to. caus eya know a million old guides and people , from the indie stone, saying this suchandsuch guide is old and has changed look here , AT ANOTHER OUTDATED GUIDE..... again, for steamCMD, through linux, the server package doesnt contain projectzomboid-dedi-server.sh, even though the windows server files include this. i think if i wanna waste server resources and run x with full graphical steam, but after many many after hours, i give up and will run no server. I already told my circle of friends we will have no server. i guess ill run a minecraft or starbound server...
  3. Ok... ports fowarded, firewalls off/ setup right/ temp disabled. I have an understanding of networking, and fowarded a bunch of ports through my openwrt router. I CAN connect to the server with the -nosteam option. Is there any way to have a steam-enabled server from the command line with no x manager in linux? I install the game through steamcmd, logged in as my own steam name. but when i run it, with the server-start.sh script(the dedi server script in all the tutorials is not the current lnux versions. WHen i start the server, it says steam not enabled. at the beginning of the log it says, 1492841338781 Loading RakNet64... 1492841338783 Loading ZNetNoSteam64... 1492841338785 znet: ZNet loaded 1492841338785 SteamUtils started without Steam 1492841338831 translator: language is EN later it says *** SERVER STARTED **** *** Steam is not enabled server is listening on port 16261 1492841351204 LuaNet: Initializing... 1492841351204 LuaNet: Registering server listener... it seems there is no way to run a steam server from the command line. only posts i find in hours of looking are people in steam liek , just use the host button, why woiuld you ever do it the other way type dismissive answers. I am spare memory and cores on a computer that already on with bandwidth to spare....i might as well run a server... ok last details i may have forgot, i been at this awhile. I want steam so its easy to share a list of mods for my lazy friends that wont drag a mod folder in and mark -nosteam. no crap but its my playerbase . I could run the this no steam, is there anyway to automate mods outside of steam? besides a batch file and the mods in a zip file i give em? thanks for your time so basically the question is..am i right? no steam enabled for dedicated servers? or can steam not communicate to log in or somethjing? everyuthing in steamcmd works great.
