The Evil Within, Darkwoods, Eternal Darkness, The Forest, Dead space 1+2 &  Lone Survivor to name a few.. And while they aren't horror games V/H/S 1 & 2 are absolute bombshells.
 
Yes, I do think it has a great story because it isn't something that's been done in this kind of setting before - which these days is quite a rarity.

I'm finding I quite like Chiptunes, this is done by the same person did that wonderful OST for the Scott Pilgrim vs the World game.

At home I'm on Win 7 for my not-yet-ported-to-Linux gaming needs and Debian for actually getting Work done. As long as stuff works on Win7, I don't see a reason to upgrade now.
 
At $customer, I'm on WinXP, so....

The H1Z1 system that you have explained seems to just promote killing on sight. You really don't need to be encouraging that sort of thing.

Gaming compatibility is the only reason I stick to Windows as well. Honestly I don't know all details on why Linux is better, but I've heard a lot of great things.

Aye, I'm gonna stick with 7 as well, while watching how Win10 turns out from a safe distance.

Oh and Solitaire only has ads if you want to play the challenge modes where you can compete with friends and for online leaderboards. The solo thing is ad-free apparently. So meh.

No idea why he's doing it or what it's going to be, all I know is that the fact that he's pretty much fucked up his entire website to say 'The end' kind of tells me he's either backed it up to high hell and is going to put it back up after halloween or he's legitamitely done.

Why would you make a DLC for a game that consists of you keeping a watch on animatronics?
I guess it's better than a game coming out every 4-6 months then?

First game was great for me, eerie atmosphere, creative concept, suspense (going almost blind into it), and overall simplistic yet working and solid gameplay.
 
You can tell me "CHEAP JUMPSCARES DUDE", but as i see it, it was the punishment for the player fucking up, the suspense of trying not to fuck up is what made it scary, same as when the game ramps up the difficulty with the last bear guy, it was great, bits of lore here and there, i loved the Chuck E Cheese feeling of it, like the designs were suppose to be for kids but it gave you that unnerving feeling when you enter C&Cheese for the first time as a kid, overall it was a refreshing  for the horror genre. 
 
However the other games, i just didn't find it as charming or creepy as the first game and none of them will top it, FNAF 1 was the one that can not be topped by its own author. 
 
In a world where people find Dead Space 2 & 3, Evil Within (after the first chapter), Resident Evil 6, Amnesia a machine for pigs scary games, we need new ideas to scare the player.
 
After so many horror games (i am talking from even Alone in the Dark 1 to modern Alien Isolation), FFAF when it came out day 1, it kinda did got me.
 
Also i hate all kinds of Youtubers so i dont follow any of that stuff, only to watch really chilled lets play by a few good LPs, so there is that.

I did find the FIRST game scary at times, not exaggerated screaming but more like startled because I didn't see a jumpscare coming while shrugging it off say "Oh boy! Didn't see that one coming!". The others? Eh...
I disliked the series at first, but when they announced Silent Hills was cancelled and FNAF4 was announced an hour later(or so it seems by alleged sources, and by alleged sources, I mean the comments.), I pretty much loathed the series for adding salt to the wounds. >:/
 
I was anticipating Silent Hills(P.T.) damn it.
 
But to sum it all up: Yes, I do hate the series after the repetition started to rack up. I don't hate the lore of the game, in fact, it's interesting but the fact a game gets announced every month or so? God that's annoying, but I can tell it's because the creator KNOWS it'll rack up some cash! Hell the dude was struggling with failed games until some dude said that the animals in one of his failed projects looked like animatronics and thus had the idea of creating this god-awful series of games.
That's not the worst part, it's the fanbase. Good god, the ships; WHO SHIPS ROBOTIC ANTHROPOMORPHIC ANIMALS?

I don't have anything against the game. It's the fanbase that i hate. Really getting sick of seeing name's like: Chica the Chicken, or Foxy the Pirate everywhere, it's even worse if two fans meet and do really cringey roleplay.

The gameplay in FNaF 1 was unique. I found it funny to see Markiplier and JackSepticEye get scared to bits by the jumpscares. Some complained about the whole "nothing but jumpscares" thing. Same thing with 2 and later 3. Jumpscares, look at a camera for no reason, (If you play on insane mode the camera is useless to you.) "story" that was just a bugger thrown in at a weird angle so the community could fantasize about the connection between them. The only thing making FNaF funny or interesting is Matpat at GameTheory.

To be a really honest person it was a different style in horror you don't just go up and run away or something or fight said monster your just stuck there it was after the 2nd then the community got bad and things started to get horrible so yep

Oh yeah I totally hate those Fine nights at Freddy's. They're too refined and uptight for a clown like me.

Meh, neither hate it or love it, I find it silly they keep making sequels but understand it since once you have a cash cow you have to milk it fast.

I watched it only on Jim Sterling's channel, didn't see anything special, never watched any other Let's player do it since I dislike "OMFG SO SCARY" screamers.

No point getting worked up over it, if the author doesn't get tired of making those, the audience will get tired of playing\watching YT of those soon enough, the cash cow is milked almost dry when it comes to that one.
 
Also, here's a tip for you, if you hate something like FNAF, just avoid watching\playing or talking about it, it makes life a lot easier and more pleasant if you just ignore stuff like this. Trust me on that. Once FNAF dies people will latch onto another new big thing and you'll likely end up hating that too, save yourself the time and trouble.
