  1. 5 piercings down your spine (equipped with bright pink LEDs ofcourse) and the tattoo should be of Black Betty's damn child that went wild. Did you get the reference in my response?
  2. That's pretty sweet looking Leo! And Robocat, I imagine it's withholding evidence. My plague doctor is now modelled, in the process of texturing it then I need to animate it. I have no idea how to animate in Blender..
  3. Miracle Of Sound & after a long break from them, TeamHeadKick
  4. Why? Because I actually have reference material for it. That and I'm trying to keep a positive head about C++ seeing as that's what I'll be using on the uni course if I get into it.
  5. I'd already tried like three different tutorials on it and none of them worked, then my tutor just kind of came in and tried a few of his own tricks, none of them worked as the door was REFUSING to rotate past 180 on the Y axis, so he tried that and rotated it on the X(?) axis, which caused it to spin out like a cat flung from a catapult. So he adjusted it for a bit then switched it to the vector rotation. I prefer C++. EDIT: My 700th post, didn't expect it to be in this thread.
  6. I'm not much of a music composer really.. I tried playing the keyboard in middle school, but I couldn't read notes - I just didn't process it. Yet I'm sitting here using lines of code. Speaking of which, my tutor just basically got the door for the starting room to open.. Only took me us him half an hour. Dancing clyde for an opening door! The door once opened And the magical code that opens the bastard thing!
  7. If you drink enough it can create a feeling of fullness, take this from a guy who used to drink 2 litres of pepsi max a day and live off of nothing but the minimum of what could be considered a 'snack'. It definitely makes you feel full, even if you aren't.
  8. I actually can't stop listening to this OST. Please send help.
  9. If you like the Hotline Miami soundtrack, this/these guys are bloody amazing: I especially love "electric groove" as it's just so damned relaxing and quite.. Well, for lack of a better word: Groovy.
  10. Noob question here guys: could you give me a run-down on how to texture objects? I've forgotten how and my blender tutor has vanished.
  11. Slightly offt-topic: I think this is the oldest thread on general discussion that's still going. That isn't stickied, that is.
  12. Even though I didn't enjoy it as much as the first, I still feel that we can get levels like Hotline Miami 1 in 2 once the level editor comes out.. But really, it was quite a dissappointment to how puzzley the levels felt to me, with very little space for creativity in your brutal murders.. Soundtrack was still good though, especially "Roller Mobster" (That one level with that one faction doing a raid on that building was amazing with this soundtrack*) *Being vague to avoid spoilers, you'll probably get what I mean once you play that part though. Saddest level in the entire game IMO.
  13. Like.. It's an engine obviously, but at the same time it feels like it wants to be some knock-off 3D Modelling program. EDIT: I don't like Blender, but at-least that isn't having an identity crisis.
  14. Out of curiosity how you building the levels? Like a lego house.. Cube by Cube. If you ever get particularly serious (since this costs a bit of money) then you may want to explore ProCore/ProBuilder Hehe.. Thanks, but I'm, not 100% if level design is something I Want to go into.. At-least not 3D level design. I mean more in the sense you do this on a regular basis, Unity's stuff for building levels is seriously lacking. It's a shame it requires a third party in order to really kind of complete what (I would kind of consider) is an integral part to an engine. I'm not even sure what to call unity at this point to be perfectly honest.

  17. Gee, where'd that clock come from? And why does it have an axe in it?
  18. EDIT: Changed the starting area for the level, too. That looks like an asylum room. Karen, dafuq kinda game is that? I think the bigger question is, why are you asking Karen?
