From my own experience as a self-defence practitioner, if you don't put your weight behind a strike, punch, whatever, it's going to be more of a slap than a strong strike.

Seriously though -  that's a feature I've been looking forward to for a while! Now TVs will no longer be useless hulks after the first week or so.

Errr.... wouldn't that be VHS, dude? DVDs were invented in 1995, and didn't come out commercially in the States until the 97, and even then, it took until 2002 for them to fully adopted and fully replace VHS. (Source: I worked on a video store for most of my pre-teen/early teen years)
 
Also, if he's gonna work on devices again, maybe we could have PCs exist somewhere outside of the super-secret base; it has always felt so weird to see all those office buildings without a single PC on the desks...

re: pocket sewing, this is totally planned but very unlikely to be in 41. It'll be part of our inventory system overhaul to remove the 'main inventory' and list everything in various clothing containers and would allow sewing to increase inventory capacity on various clothing items. Also I think the glasses items negating Short sighted like in Hydrocraft would make a lot of sense and when the glasses break, trait comes back.

Sure if you can put the specific melee weapon on the other slots. But a bat, for instance, can't be put on the belt and can only be attached to the back. So say you generally use a bat, but you have a shotgun on your back, when you switch to the shotgun it just puts your bat away and you then have to go back into your inventory and re-equip it. It should just take the back slot once you switch to the shotgun and vise versa

Please, can the hotbar remember last weapon we held when we switch between them? It's agitating to switch to firearm and then to empty hand.. I wish it would switch back to the last melee weapon I held.

I am loving the quick slots, but would it possible to have weapons auto switch? What I mean by that is, say you have a shotgun on your back and you have a bat in your hand, when you swap to the shotgun the bat just takes the back slot until you swap again.

My current place doesn't have a washing machine, so I didn't think to try that. Thanks for that info at least.

If logged into admin account you need to make sure to turn off invisibility and god mode every time you log in. You can do that by either using admin commands or the easier route in the player list.
