    Yeah, totally agree with you on that. Neo Scavenger's inventory system is pure gold, and is one of the most advanced I've ever seen in video games. But it wouldn't be surprising that PZ's devs take inspiration from this game, as they already did by the past with the healing system Plus, they do get along well with the dude who developped NS, they even promoted each others game at some point, in the main menu of NS you could see a phrase saying "like survival but with zombies ? Try Project Zomboid !"

Wow, the new running/sprinting/falling animations look good Good idea with the mannequins, it's like some easter egg to find in late game and to add to your base ^^ Glad to hear that the skeleton based system allows you guys to save some time when working on anims ^^ The eating anims are very good looking, I can't wait to see to what other details you're thinking of adding an animation... Perhaps healing and cooking action ? Reading ? Sitting on the floor, with the possibility of eating while sitting, is great, it adds some more RP to the game when playing with other players... It would be great to be able to also sit on chairs, benches, sofas, etc... Also an animation when sleeping/resting, in wich we would see the players character lying down, would be quite an improvement. Anyway, keep up the good work guys ! Can't wait to see what's coming next ! ^^
  3. Dude, relax. I never said they had to throw out this new anim, I do like it the way it is, just thought it would look better if it was fastened a bit. In fact, the real reason why I mentionned the option of throwing it out is because someone said that the previous anim looked better in his opinion. I reacted to that, saying that they could KEEP the new one, improving it just a bit, instead of throwing it out to keep the original anim. Anyway, I know that what's in Thurdoids isn't final work. But one of the reasons why they make thursdoids is also for us to give feedback, wich I think to be constructive in my case...
  4. Yeah, I agree with you on that. The new animation just doesn't look right. There's no way you would aim that slowly with a handgun. But you could keep that new anim, and fasten it a bit, if you don't wish to throw away what I guess has required some hardwork to achieve.

    Aw, too bad, I actually enjoyed this detail ! It made the zeds more realistic, and the game more (non sexually) horrific. You people really have some crooked minds to think otherwise ^^ Anyone cares to start this "huge campaign" with me ? ^^
