  1. So I've read the main resource for setting up/controlling admin status above, but I can not for the life of me figure out why I can't log in as an admin. I've tried logging in twice as the user admin with my desired password, then trying to log in with either a different name and that password, or just the user admin with no password. I can get in the game fine if I log in as Lefarge, but not as an admin. When I log in as admin with no password, for the first attempt it says connecting and times out, and for the second attempt it says "invalid username/password" or "account exist". Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Because I have no idea. Sorry for the (likely) easy question, but I just can't figure this admin creation process out on my own it seems. Edit: I'm on windows 7 64-bit and using the IWBMS branch on build 25.
  2. Can it be done? Edit: Scratch this, I totally forgot 'E' was a viable option for climbing in this game. I've always just right clicked.
  3. @Gekko Opening the game through the .bat seems to have fixed my issue completely, so thanks for that.

The crashes I've been experiencing have all had the same error reports as reported above. This issue is new as of build 17 (0008). Due to some very lax testing, I theorize that zooming very far out very quickly and panning the edges of the screen may have influence in causing the error. It seems like it happens most when I do this often, though I could be completely wrong as I don't exactly track all of my movements. It also seems more common in urban areas as opposed to the more rural sections of the map. Also also, compatibility mode seems to lengthen the amount of time between crashes, but not completely remove them. My PC specs are as follows: Intel® Core™ i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50 GHz 3.50 GHz Radeon HD 6970 2GB (Working on a upgrade for this bottleneck D:) 16.0 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1333 Hz Windows 7 64-bit Some shitty HDD I can't remember the name of.

  7. Since the release of West Point I've been noticing that I seem to crash quite frequently. I'm noticing that every one to two in game days I'll crash out. Typically I wouldn't really care, but I seem to be losing progress each time this happens. Every crash resets my game back to the last time I slept -- and deletes the save entirely if I haven't slept yet. I have also noticed that this seems to happen more frequently on the 64 bit build then it does on the 32 bit build. It happens about once to twice every in game day -- making the game basically unplayable. Specs are as follows: Intel® Core i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50 GHz 3.50 GHz Radeon HD 6970 2GB (Working on a upgrade for this bottleneck D:) 16.0 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1333 Hz Windows 7 64-bit Some shitty HDD I can't remember the name of. I am running build 17 (0009); this has been a problem for me since 0008 and never before. Any assistance that could be provided would be very much so appreciated.
