im including it in my usa map pack prominently with several small towns and indianapolis all with personalized houses that u find all around i got roanoke (a beautiful small town about the size of muldraugh, a lil smaller i think) and hope (a bit smaller than muldraugh i think)

but they wont work with /as jumbo trees, theyll stay small in deep forest zones?

of course if you want an 1:1 100% accurate recreation of chernarus youll have to make 1000mx1000m in PZ correspond to 1000mx1000m in arma 2's map.
otherwise, the smaller ur tilezed dimensions are opposed to arma 2's the tinier the map will feel, such as small forests that are the size of like 3 buildings.

1. Supermarkets and parks (voted) but you should also look into adding some liquor stores and barber shops and maybe strip malls for more rurally suburb areas im sure that would be a fun addition to play with.
2. Something similar i had planned for my map, making some of the attics "gunstore storage" rooms. Totally yeah that should be in every map.
3. No, id prefer if all the destruction and wear is player / erosion made. Makes the maps more dynamic and playable in my opinion as opposed to seeing the same broken window and same blood splatter in the same building at the same location every time i play. The game already has a system taking care of those randomly chosen buildings that will be boarded up as far as I know so id really just leave all that story stuff to the game, players and the erosion system

I am not sure that this makes sense as the cuts the player gets that require medical are bad enough that they die if left untreated, where as the cuts you get running through the woods hurt but can usually be left untreated in my experience unless there is a particularly mean plant like a Japanese blood tree.thats true actually, although id imagine if youre wounded like you have a deep gash on ur arm and u run thru the woods nude with that wound it could cut straight open again and bleed all over the place
and just imagine telling someone you died to a cedar branch in your last playthrough, the possibilities are endless

while at the same time essentially giving us thousands of ‘half way house’ animations between actual animations we create (character is walking with 20% limp in left leg) etc to give the game an even more dynamic and animation rich feel.

a mod or game dont remember which named zombie panic: source had a feature called panic where you press a key and drop everything you got for a short adrenaline and speed boost to get away from zombies when youre alone in a tight situation

yeah im all for it AS LONG AS you dont get scratches with clothing that properly covers you for example higher scratch chance when nude, lower when wearing t shirt or tanktop and no scratches when wearing a long sleeve top with pants and shoes for example

I made 2 (Playable) maps for Modded Doom 2, I made the first because someone posted his first map ever (Which really sucked, it was a single room with tons of enemies) and I decided I can top that x100 so I downloaded the tools and started my own thing and then I experimented a bit which ended in a bunch of suck and then I made a third map which was playable like the first one.
I used the general philosophy of "Keep The Player Occupied" so there's always something to shoot at even while backtracking, also tried to keep the difficulty high and added plenty of secrets.I have my own playthroughs of both my maps available on my channel, no commentary, if someone plays DooM with Project brutality, links in description.

Like nearly every single picture you see of boarded up places its usually ALWAYS a plywood board or two instead of being nice and clean wooden planks and also I was in the midwest all my life and all of the abandoned places there got windows covered in plywood etc

hate to be this kinda guy but honestly
backlash aside i gotta be brutally honest here
this game isnt gonna be nearly a fraction as serious and believable as it currently is, if people running around with shotguns and spiffo fur suits is gonna be a thing when animations roll in.
i dont really care about multiplayer anyway especially when singleplayer npcs roll in but id just like some comforting confirmation that this kinda stuff is atleast very, very rare to find?
dayz has already been enough of a turnoff as is with grown men running around in pink schoolgirl backpacks and grandma coats
