Blue barrel can be found by searching in the large box of trash (with the junkyard and the box), not the junkyard magnet search. And the chance for the blue barrel is 1/25.

However, it seems that there is a typo in this recipe in the Junkyard.txt. The recipe states "OnCreate:hcjunlsearchlarge" while the required script is called "junksearchlarge". I didn't test it, but it should make this script unaccessible, and the recipe will produce only the empty box.

Also, I think, the blue barrel should be craftable. Metal barrel + blue paint, as I suggested earlier. Blue barrel doesn't differ so much from regular metal barrel to be so much harder to obtain.

    Update 3!
Added freezer (icons are placeholder! Mash will do way better than me )Every fridge (will be changed) have now a freezer, possibly with some food in them (if so, I lowered a tad the food spawn in fridge) Place food (not everything can be freezed!) in freezer and wait a bunch of time (check the item details to see the progression) and it'll be freezed! Frozen items have way more time before getting rotten (about 50 times more), but you'll need power to have the freezer on To unfroze an item, just take it in your inventory or put it in the oven for some time (item first unfroze THEN start to heat for cooking) Fixed pasta & rice not give back the pot when ate. Fixed eating only a portion of food giving .weird nutrition bonus Fixed creating pasta bowl giving rice bowl. Fixed incorrect berries values for evolved recipes Fixed some incorrect mushroom values for evolved recipes Balanced some nutrition values (thanks a lot to all of you guys for this )

There are a few wood stoves around the map like in this cabin. Though I'm not sure if they are usable or you could relocate them. Had not yet the chance to test.

Not sure how common they are in real Kentucky, but I would appreciate a few more of these on the map, as they seem pretty beneficial.

Edit: Ok, I checked these stoves and they are electrical, not working on burning wood (sadly), although they look somewhat like wood stoves.

There is still an issue with dried fruits disappearing or duplicating when removing them from the ovens or fires.  If I try to move them directly to my bag, the item disappears (whether already dried or not).  If I try to move it to the ground and then into my bag, it duplicates the item inside the fire or oven.  This is one of the best methods for preserving food.  Can you please fix it?

SpaceJunk reacted to Svarog in Zombies seem to be attracted to player built structures in particular?
Did my own test using something like Cheat Menu, barricaded 1 out of 4 windows on the side of a building and placed some walls nearby, spawned 25 zombies in the middle, between the walls near the unbarricaded windows.

Most of them dispersed, two went for the windows, one went for the barricaded one and the other for unbarricaded one. I figure that they decided to go inside and their pathfinding decided that the best way to get inside was through the window, they didn't seem more attracted to player build stuff than they were for barricades or walls.

In a huge group, zombies tend to push each other, if a zombie ends up being pushed too close to a wall or destructible object he will attack it, same if his pathfinding made him wander too close to one.

Can't wait to pay 10 bucks a year for an ad-free version of Solitaire.

Apparently they've removed the option to install updates automatically with a recent build edit: the option to disable automatic updates with a recent build. Removed the registry entry as well.
There still is a hacky way to do it apparently

    hmm good point.

using something similar to what we have when we approach the 'backside' of a building wouldn't work? Where you have a visible circle around your character to see through the tree canopy? This could represent that you can't see very far in the forest and would allow the trunks to act like solid objects that you can't obviously see through/around. They have already used this method to 'see through' things like walls and ceilings (for the user) but block view through walls (for character) because of the isometric view that normally wouldn't be blocking our vision. Know what I mean?

I suggest having appropriately proportioned sized trees. Right now the tallest tree is barely taller than your character.

Mature trees should be 3-4 times larger at least. My quick research showed that many of the native pine, maple, oak, and walnut trees of KY grow to over 60ft.

For most mature trees in a forest, the leaves/needles wouldn't start to till they're over the characters height.

Gameplay improvement? eh probably not much, but the world will be more immersive and believable.

SpaceJunk got a reaction from Livio Persemprio in Generator... a real bummer
IRL I used a generator for:

    * Running lights/TV/radio 1-2 hours before bed time.
    * Running electric tools. If you don't have a gas chainsaw (which are less common than electric ones), a generator would help save you tons of time cutting wood. Chopping/cutting wood with axe and saw is extremely tiring.

I didn't run a fridge off a generator. I had an Einstein fridge (aka Absorption refrigerator), which runs off a gas tank and was awesome. I would expect a small chance of finding one in the trailer park areas, forest shacks or if there were vehicles, in motorhomes.

This . . . can't be really be corrected, though and may be related to hardware that doesn't support shaders (despite them being enabled).
Add a gamma slider and people will abuse it.
There's no way to predict how bright or dark someone's monitor is.
There's no way to predict how bright or dark someone's driver settings are.
A literal black fog of war would be needed, instead of the way it's done now,, like in Don't Starve.
