  2. Thanks Wveth, currently I'm developing it under a publisher, and I'm not able to hire anyone atm, however once it's further along and on steam I plan on adding to it further and will definitely keep you in mind!
  3. Hi there, somewhat-ish a mix I suppose but no zombies. The premise is a dystopian post apocalyptic world. The player will start with nothing and will be able to scavenge for things. The world is extremely harsh, hunger and thirst will be overwhelming and the roving gangs of enemies will have the most goods but getting it from them will not be easy.
  4. Best way is to do some of the unity tutorials, create projects for yourself and eventually you will know how to do these things.
  5. Just placeholder stuff, although there will be melee it is a post-apoc type so there won't be shields and whatnot. Machetes, knives, some others though.

  8. yeah, and while I understand the devs frustration on this topic, I would love to see a devblog about it just to see where it's at. I'm very interested in AI in general and love seeing things about it.
  9. Best way to do this mechanic for mp would be to implement sleeping animation for beds and chair, sleep would be based on real time factor in game while you are online as well as offline. If you log out and are sleeping obviously you can get killed in your sleep if not in a safe place.
  10. Agreed I'd like to see more like the in game American flag that hangs on the wall, like other countries as well as don't tread on me and more.
  11. Hello all. I have made a lamp that can be crafted. This is a moveable type item that once crafted and in your inventory you will click the place button and choose where to put it. You will still have to have the normal electrician of 5 and electronic scrap and a battery to click on the placed object and make the battery connector, and then again to install battery. Considering that you might have some of these things in crates in the wilderness, or may not have picked up a lamp somewhere, this is useful to craft your own makeshift battery powered lamp for base lighting.     I always thought one way to go would be to have these scattered here and there and simply have a menu > drive to with location options (much like teleport to) and perhaps have the vehicle chosen spawn near the player on free square?

  15. Hello everyone. I have created a mod that is aimed at higher level electrical skill. You will be able to create a device that is based on "atmospheric water generator" Read here for basic concept: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmospheric_water_generator This device allows you to get water from moisture in the air. To craft the device you will need electrical skill of 7, as well as the following items: screwdriver,electronics scrap X 4,battery, and either an empty bottle or empty pop bottle. Once the device is created you can use the device to get water from the air. You will also need another empty bottle or empty pop bottle. What is nice is that once you make one Moisture Tank Water and drink the bottle, the empty bottle can be used over and over again to make more water. This will be a great item for higher tier characters who have 7+ electrical skill.   16. Speaking of this anyone know why the game freezes up if you try to have a drink or food item replicate itself? Was trying to make an item that would create another of itself on use instead of empty bottle and the game freezes no errors just locks up

Icon by: joeyslucky22 Mod Permissions: Credit where it's due This mod can be added to and extended by anyone in the community, but credit must be given to the original author within the files of the mod - and posted alongside the mod wherever it roams. You can click the sleeping bag directly from inventory or drop it on the ground and choose sleep in sleeping bag. I've been experimenting with this too and in mine changed it to only spawn the yellow bed block as I want to create sleeping bags, unfortunately I cannot figure out how to have this be an inventory item and be able to drop it and sleep on it. As well I do not like the line 21 error when exiting the game. It would be really nice if the devs would put together some tutorials on how to create a completely custom item and be able to assign it a property while using a custom image like in this old tut but without the errors. I'm looking at the camping tent code to see how it was done there but this is all very frustrating...
