    KitchenRandom = { rolls = 5, items = { "ItemName", 0.5, }, What are rolls responsible for? R: indicates the times that an opportunity will be made for an item to appear. item: indicate the item you want to appear and its possibility for it to appear. Junk, I haven't worked with that, but I assume it's a "place", trash cans, open world ... any place where it is declared to be used for junk ... So: junk = Place Roll = chance that an item appeared in the place Item, 0.5 = name of the item and the possibility of it appearing Suppose a roll of 4/5, then there are 4 chances that an item with 0.5% will appear in place.

    Looking at a mod that modifies a swimsuit in the workshop, I realize that just by specifying the address of the image and having the name correctly you can modify an image using a mod, without having to go to the directory and do it manually.
    I would like to know if there is any way to add options for example to the file:
    Bag_SchoolBag.mxl
    In its section: "clothingItem"
    <textureChoices> schoolbag_black </textureChoices>
    <textureChoices> schoolbag_blue </textureChoices>
    <textureChoices> schoolbag_spiffo </textureChoices>
    through some code in a mod so you can put more than one "skin" customized from that BAG

    I thought id put this here just as a suggestion as well. I made these for my map but i think they make certain storage areas alot better than just piles of wooden crates. This is a supermarket for Eg.
     
    These pallets appear full when they have loot on them and empty when no loot just like normal store shelves, It wouldn't take much to implement and its only a small idea but it looks alot nicer and more immersive than a huge pile of huge wooden crates
     
    Hopefully something similar can be done for the vanilla map.

    New method to spawn vehicles, that should look a little more like real life: Lot of experimental zones have been created (mainly in Riverside) including junk yard, special trailer park spawning, etc. Special cars (postal, mccoy...) should spawn in correct place, some can still spawn in the world randomly. New burnt vehicles textures. Some vehicle specifics are now set per car (and not a constant or per zone), can be influenced by the zone vehicle spawned on: Engine loudness Engine quality (junk yard have crappy quality for example) Initial gas Locked doors Balanced cars properties (speed, mass, acceleration, gas tank..) to correspond more with real life and make them more different. Gas consummed now depend on your engine speed, quality and your mass while in movement. Car keys can now spawn in nearby desk. Added new vehicle sandbox options: Car spawn rate: how much cars you want? Initial Gas: initial gas included in new spawned cars. Locked Frequency: frequency the cars will be closed (doesn't influence the chance of having the key spawning around). Gas consumption: (default 1.0) lower or increase the gas consumed by your car.  
    [Bug Fix]
    Fixed burnt car textures not showing. Added back "vehiclesDisable" in server-settings UI. Fixed bug with map loading infinitely due to a player in a stopped car. Fixed vehicles sometimes disappear when exiting and reloading a save

    Feature for mod.info (pack=....) needs to be updated to choose .packs.
    Example:
    pack1x=... (only load this pack when the game settings is 1x)
    pack2x=... (only load this pack when the game settings is 2x)

    Just added to the IWBUMS public beta is an MP server option that Stas from General Arcade has been working on.
     
    This momentarily pauses all player activity when admins require server saving, instead of having it stretch out while players are out performing various in-game actions. Stas has also worked on shortening these save times – so this should all help lag, black boxes and the like. It’ll also need a stress test. So…
     
    This Wednesday 28th June at 7pm GMT (8pm BST, 9pm CEST, 2pm ET) we will be running a test IWBUMS server with this new function and anyone willing to jump on and play the game for an hour will get a free Project Zomboid code to give to a friend/enemy/close family relation.
     
    All we need is for you to be running around on the server for an hour or so, and it’ll probably be quite a fun escapade.
     
    Everyone who is online one hour after the event start (so an exact moment around/about 9pm BST) will be given a free PZ Steam code upon PM-ing an organiser with:
     
    The Steam ID number they were playing with. An in-game screenshot of the player scoreboard with your Steam account / character name visible. (Press ESC -> Players)  
    No free codes will be handed out beyond this set time at/around 9pm BST.

    * When someone from the Safehouse is Online, the safehouse becomes a normal home. (Attentive to this).
    * You can make respwan in a safehouse that you belong to before you die.
    3. PVP enabled.
    4. "Safe" zones implemented in the future.
    5. Started Pack: Hunting knife, Chocolate, school backpack, boat with water.
    6. WhiteList OPEN, Maximum 2 accounts per Steam ID. (Suggestion one that is PVP and the other PVE).
    7. Permanent bans at the first serious fault. (Ignoring the rules does not exempt them from them and zero tolerance).
    Administrators and Moderators are awarded the right to pass judgments.

    Well already find out ... just add to the name of "Iteam" the words Cooked or overdone.

    Example:

    Item_FoodCooked: to change the icon from raw to cooked.
    Item_FoodOverdone: to change the cooked to burn icon.

    Good morning.

    I want to ask, if at some point in their updates, include the possibility that the game read from the MOD's 3D models?
    I wonder, because if other games perfectly read 3D models from their respective mods, Project Zomboid why not?

    Because you can specify in a mod what type of fish or even trash you can find in certain fishing areas

    I thinking about the fishing system and surviving, i have a idea to make this more expanded.
    Adding on mapping zones (River, Ocean, Lake, Salt Lake)
    This can expand the fish species per zone on script.
     
    People can fishing salt water species or river species etc.
