  1. Okay, I decided to change Debian to CentOS 7 and follow the other guide that is on this forum. Doing that helped, so I guess there was a problem with the guide.
  2. Okay after many many many many hours of trying to set up a server , I have. Now the only thing I want to do is have my server in -nosteam mode, when launcing start-server.sh from a VPS on Linux.I've read somewhere that you have to edit some files to launch the server (NOT THE CLIENT) in no steam mode.Anyone know how to do this?
  3. And another question. If I want to launch a non-Steam version of the server on my VPS, would it be enough just to download the Project Zomboid game files (STEAM ID: 108600) and not the dedicated server files and just launch ProjectZomboidServer.bat from your guide on steam?
  4. I'm wondering could I run PZ server biuld 32.3 stable with mods? Or do I require to have IWBUMS?
  5. Okay, my 3rd post in 2 days.I've been facing problems with Project Zomboid server for 3 days now, and I can't get any help.So I thought maybe I'll try a different OS on my VPS and it helped.I can get the server running, though I can't connect I can't figure out how to open ports 16261:162xx etc.I've been following a tutorial on this forum, i am using IPTABLES and whatnot, though when I connect I still get TCP download port error. So what should I do? Any good and smart people who would like to help me out here?
  6. Hi.I've downloaded IWBUMS server files throught steamCMD, as anonymous.Everything went smooth, but then when I try to start the server using 'START-SERVER.sh' I get this error. SEE ATTACHMENT
  7. Even though i download app 380870 I still didn't get ALL THE FILES, and using START-SERVER.sh , I get a text saying start-server.sh : killed etc. I'm tired of this stuff.

    Java problems.

Okay, I've downloaded the server files, but now when I try to run "start-server.sh" it says that "command not found: Couldn't determine 32/64 bit of java".I'm a noob in Linux so don't know what to do now.
  9. Hi.Today I purchased a copy of this game, and I've been trying like 5 hours to get it working, but I can't.Whenever I download the Project Zomboid files through SteamCMD, I never get the DEDI-SERVER-ZOMBOID kind of file. And that's the part I get stuck on.I used the guide from this forum "Buying & Running the server".So what should I do?I'm so frustrated.
