  1. You can show support by buying a new copy :)i am planning to buy another (GoG) version to support the dev. So i got the steam one for messing around iwbums and the GoG version for actually owning a non drm version of this game :). Some others have done similar things to support TIS

    Yea hoping for bears(big slow predator), wolves(fast medium predator), snake (small sneaky predator), horses(rideable fauna), rabbits(Small easy hunting) and deers (large hunt) at least to give a picture of nature dangers and bounty

This might be hard to implement but allowing the addition of a column in 4 corner of a game square might solve this problem (yes this means that all walls have columns in the end of them) , so like walls are easily destroyed but columns needs a lot of damage to take down so then in order to bring down a building they need to sledge not only the walls (whch came down with a few hits) but also the column which needs about 2-5 mins of constant hitting of the column with a sledge. This will make the column become a critical thing in game to protect or to reinforce.

  9. I believe that even with no animation update this update is big. The gargantuan list of stuff, the painting of crates and all the important stuff they are adding for multiplayer, new map, metalworking, sleep system, nutrition, and many more that i forgot to mention. So i agree with Kim that the animation update hype is overshadowing the whole thing. Dont get me wrong i am also very excited about the animation update and wish it can come out sooner. Get well soon to those still bedridden and God bless you all :)

    Seems that you do not find a solution for the keyboard setting yet. I dunno if this is possible but what about setting a variable everytime a new survivor spawns and assigning the variable to that spawned player moddata. Then putting a condition such as if getplayer getmoddata is true than not execute any move or atk etc.

    Hello i do not need an apperentice but i like to help people who likes modding :) the more modder there is the more creative things can be made and so all modders will get better at modding.

     

    First try to open an easy lookin mod and try to make a similar one yourself (eg download a mod that adds new item or that modify a certain item property) once you are comfortable with that you can try downloading my mod (ShuiYin PZ Vanilla Patch and try to see what is happening there) i tend to make my mod neat and easy to learn . Happy modding

  14. Well looks like this thread has gone really big :P and im glad some of the ideas here are implemented into the base game :)

    I have 1 more idea that i forgot to ask but feel that it might be a really needed one. (I am reluctant to add more to the long list but here goes)

    219. For every weapon add context menu to inspect rounds (to check how many bullets in the gun) and also to take ammo (remove all ammo from the gun including the one in the chamber so when you find useless guns you can atleast empty and get some bullets).

     

    edit: seems like this is similar in function to item no 218 :P but using a different approach.

  15. Hi nickodemos. Im happy for the feedback. Some of the mod features has been added in the iwbums :D and they even have it much better than the solution on the mods. This mod will be overhauled and many features will be removed to suit the new Zomboid stable version. For the fill container thing i know that they can be tedious but i actually liked that aspect of filling the containers 1 by 1 since now we have a weight relation to fullness of containers and also features to collect rain water by placing bowls and stuff on the ground fill all option might not be what i have in mind. I was more interested in filling bathtubs and sinks with water by using the rubber plug tp prevent water draining off.

    Same for sawing log, it now gives 3 xp if your woodwork level is under 3, but only 1 xp point then
    Stress now reduce the damage done by your weapons (shaking hands..)
    Being stressed for a while start to increase unhappyness

     

    [Bug Fix]
    When consolidating 2 water source, if the main source was tainted, the new source will also be tainted
    The sometimes corpses stayed highlited bug should be fixed
    You can now barricade with planks if nails were inside one of your backpacks
    Fixed a bug when sometimes the paint menu appears empty of painting
    Compost creates will now block you (can't go through anymore!)
    Can't consolidate batteries, candle and torch

     

    Wow you really out did what we asked :) i really love many of the updates here especially the highlighting of containers (Major usefullness). The completion of the paint colours so we can have more personalization (especially since you also add the ability to paint other wooden surfaces too). The consolidation is also nice to have to keep thing organised. Composting and water collecting using bowls and stuff really boost up survival feeling too :p. Great job as always :D

If you've ever been a smoker and/or know any then you know how important a lighter is and that a quest to find one is in order when you can't. Would be fun to see that play out in the game :)

    i think there is a lighter in game already
