  1. Here is another list of mine of things I would like to see that fit under the title of this thread: As zombies stay alive further and their body begins to decompose, you can see the decomposition in terms of missing chunks of flesh and missing limbs (Note: I don't actually know if zombies decomposing is a feature in the game. I believe so though, because I feel as if the zombies have grown slower and easier to evade the longer I've stayed alive). When injured, a small sprite representing the injury would appear upon your character. When a bandage or a splint is applied, you could see it upon your character + when a bandage becomes dirty, the bandage you could visually see changes color (e.g. Becomes stained with blood or the white turns in to a tint of gray). B̶l̶o̶o̶d̶ ̶s̶p̶l̶a̶t̶t̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶i̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶r̶a̶c̶t̶e̶r̶'̶s̶ ̶c̶l̶o̶t̶h̶e̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶b̶o̶d̶y̶ ̶(̶e̶.̶g̶.̶ ̶Y̶o̶u̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶o̶t̶/̶h̶i̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶z̶o̶m̶b̶i̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶c̶l̶o̶s̶e̶ ̶r̶a̶n̶g̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶b̶l̶o̶o̶d̶ ̶s̶p̶l̶a̶t̶t̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶d̶i̶r̶e̶c̶t̶i̶o̶n̶,̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶w̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶s̶e̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶p̶l̶a̶t̶t̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶r̶a̶c̶t̶e̶r̶)̶ They are working on this! And here is something really ambitious considering the game is in Alpha: Give clothing durability and as they lose it from taking damage or being worn without cleaning, dirt and rips begin to appear. This suggestion would serve no great gameplay purpose (excluding the clothing durability one), but as an immersion thing. Have the game feel more alive and in regards to zombies decomposing get that feel of time passing in an even greater volume. Post a reply and lemme know what you think of this suggestion and what you would add to it/change about it if it was all in your hands.
  2. Eh, I think you could just do a little bit of balancing and get the Stout and Dexterous perk in order to haul furniture with more ease. Burglar is already a very good occupation to have, doesn't need anything more imo.
  3. I think what is currently implemented is that zombies degrade over time, depending on how long the corpse has been alive for. At least I've noticed something like this (e.g. Some zombies being slower than the others).
  4. Man, that explains. I don't think I've ever played a zombie survival game where the spawn rate of firearms has been above maybe half of that % (something about 2.5% that devs of those games seem to like). Not like I mind it, those guns cause me more trouble than good (after being unable to unload a magazine to get the rounds out of it and declaring the gun empty, I pulled the trigger. That was not the right thing to do, lol).
  5. Hey @ORMtnMan, do you have any percentages to give on the spawn rate of your mod's weapons in general? I don't know whether I am extremely lucky or this is nothing out of the ordinary, but I seem to come across a gun on almost every third house I enter.
  6. That's not a bad idea. Like, if you were to cut your own hair to be "long straight" without the in-game knowledge, you would get a "long messy" hairstyle. Personal opinion: I would be perfectly happy to see just being able to grow the character's beard and shave it clean to start all over again added in to the game... But I like to branch simple thoughts out in to overly-complicated suggestions.
  7. You could have the option to buzz your hair or give yourself a bowl haircut without in-game knowledge. I could be wrong about this (as I am on many things) but cutting hair is not very easy if you aim to not look like a crazed old man. =P How would you perform this idea implemented in to the game, if we were to say it will be implemented?
  8. In my head, this idea, choosing the hair/facial hair style would only be an option for those with the (currently hypothetical) Barber job/knowledge. Even with those, you could still just shave it clean with that little progress bar.
  9. Here is a quick list of what I'm going on about here, then I will tell you why I would like to see these things in Project Zomboid: - Your facial hair and hair in general will gradually grow (obviously, no facial hair growth for female characters). - Ability to shave your own beard with a razor + a shaving cream item to remove the chance of giving yourself facial cuts with the said razor. - You can choose "Barber" as your pre-apocalypse occupation, giving you +1 Blade/Blade Maintenance and knowledge to cut your and others' hair (you would need a "mirror"-item on your person to cut your own hair or to be standing in front of a bathroom mirror when lights are on). - Add an electric clipper item to shave/buzz your own head with (Barber job not required) - Add barber's scissors alongside regular scissors to be used for trimming beards and giving different hair cuts (Barber job required) - Add a book length of a skill book that teaches your character about barbering. "Why would you want to do anything barber related?" Here is my standing on this question: Hair growth would add a feel of time passing by in to the game. Your character's appearance changes, hours turn to days, your beard turns from a pathetic five o' shade in to a great big bushy wall of hair hanging from your chin and jawline. It could for some be a nice little flavor feature to be in the game - something to do when you're feeling a tad bored in-game. Barbering would be a roleplaying opportunity during multiplayer. You're sitting there in your makeshift fortress built out of wheeled trash bins and wrecked cars, grooming yourselves to pass time, jerk a feel of how it used to be before the dead rose from the ground or shaving yourselves bald out of the paranoiac thought that a zed might grab you by your luxurious locks when you are out there. Nothing more, nothing less really. Lemme know what you think.
  10. Here is a thought: Pour your well-preserved and survival essential bottled water over a small flame to have chance at extinguishing it. Or add a fire extinguisher as a rare item (doubles as a melee weapon).
  11. Or you could do both... *Evil laugh* Whatever you decide to do, the mod is amazing as it is now. You keep doing what you want to do. ^-^
  12. They are a proposed feature, but, I am not sure of the feasibility quite yet of being able to attack with a bayonet while still being able to shoot. Stay tuned and eventually I'll give that a yay or nay. Y'know, you could just include a M9 Bayonet as a melee weapon. More durable than a Hunting Knife and a Kitchen Knife, maybe even slightly more damaging.

  15. Yep Is there any way to get those 3D Models working? Well you need to have the capability to support 3d models. Then make sure they are enabled in your options screen. Then install Jab;s modelloader and it should be working. Where can I get Jab's Model Loader?
